Very delayed delivery - didn’t receive the items until over a month after I ordered them. The items themselves are not well cut/constructed and I would not feel comfortable wearing the leggings in particular anywhere in public. Then very, very difficult to get in touch with them to arrange a return - finding out that I paid for delivery on both ends (initial and return) was rather adding insult to injury…

Having received a pair of leggings which were too small I struggled to get a response from the company via their website and email. I eventually left a message on one of their Instagram posts which got the ball rolling. I wasn't impressed at having to pay £5.99 postage to receive the leggings and then £5.99 to return them. I received a refund 1 week after returning leggings. It looks like the company has changed hands.
I really would like to try their bamboo leggings as I used to buy them when under previous ownership. Not sure what I'll do at the moment.

I ordered from Asquith for the first time on 4th January. Hoodie arrived but was far too small so promptly arranged to send it back. This is quite time consuming in itself because you have to email and ask for a returns label at £5.99 which takes a while to arrive in inbox. DPD sent photo on arrival-heard nothing for a week. Emailed- 5 identical emails can back after a few days. Poor spelling and no grammar saying that refunds take up to 2 weeks. Still awaiting refund and have little confidence that it will arrive.

Please do not buy from this company.

Given the great sale prices, I was surprised at how great the quality was, and the fit was also great which I find is rare in sports clothing. I’ve just received my order but I’m about to order some more!

I purchased a yoga top in Medium for £31.50, when it finally arrived it fit like a small or extra small. The website didn’t recognise my order number to return it, so I had to email support. The company makes you pay £5.99 postage to return it and refuse to refund the full amount. They only refunded me £25.51. When I enquired, received an email with very bad English saying as of Feb 2025 returns are no longer free so it seems they ask you to pay the postage to return then also deduct it again for the refund. It also took them 14 days to refund me. I’ll never buy from Asquith again.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole!

Items come up really small and then you can’t return them as website is compromised. Be aware that you will not get your money back, and postage is £5.99 EACH WAY!

Can’t get hold of the company. My order no & email don’t seem to exist when I ask for return information. Stupidly should have checked companies house before ordering - they went into administration in February this year. Scammed again. Not happy. I’m going to stop buying online. This is happening far too often.

I have happily ordered from Asquith before, however I think the current company trading under the name of Asquith is not the original. They do not have a phone number for customer service and do not offer free returns so I have had to pay to return goods which were not up to the original Asquith standard and in any case didn't fit. I have included my contact details together with my return. I have asked for a full refund, I await their response. Meanwhile I am going to try and email the address given on TrustPilot to see if there is any response.

I've ordered from Asquith in the past and been delighted with their gym wear; they are well made, stylish, wash well and last for AGES (despite being worn twice a week on a regular basis). I was surprised to hear they had gone into administration but decided to risk an order as I needed a long sleeved top and their products are excellent.
My concern was unfounded. I ordered late on 26/03, my order arrived by signed for delivery early 28/03.

I ordered 3 garments from the website last week, my order was accepted and full payment plus £5.99 postage for delivery in 1-3 working days, was taken. I received an email yesterday to tell me my order had been cancelled, and although I now feel very lucky that the cost of the garments was refunded (some people haven't been so lucky) they didn't refund my £5.99 postage. They don't reply to emails and the number listed 'is not available'. Please don't order from the official site, I don't know what sort of service you would receive from 3rd parties selling their goods.

The company have gone into liquidation and have not processed my refund. Yet they are still taking orders?? No mention on their website about going into liquidation either. Disgraceful, money grabbing tactics.

This company does not reply to email contact and when you ring they say they can't answer and refer you to email (that they then don't answer). I have been trying to contact then about a return for nearly 3 weeks now and I am resigned to not getting a refund.
I will not be using them again and would advise anyone looking to buy sportswear to look elsewhere, this is fashion clothing that can be used for occasional sportswear.

I very much wanted to support an ethical company and purchased a few items in sale. They bobbled after a while and the stitching of a pair of trousers came out. The fabric is lovely and very soft and the colours are beautiful, but too expensive for what they are. And I bought them in sale!
