Whilst I love the friendly weekly…
Whilst I love the friendly weekly draws, I have to question whether the platform used to randomly select winners is flawed. I have been purchasing tickets since 2021 and regularly, not just the odd ticket here and there I spend quite a bit weekly and never won anything . When watching the live draws the winners generally are never actually watching the live draws and very often the same people previously who have won many times over ? Is it luck ? Is the system generating results somehow based on previous winners information? I am sure there is a proper word for that , but I not tech savvy ! I don’t want to believe it’s fixed because they guys n girls are genuinely nice people . But I have my doubts after all this time . I not the luckiest of people but I have had more random small wins on the euro millions which I don’t very often play. With all that I have seen it seems odd to hardly ever hear of a winner ever being one actually watching the live draws and hear more frequently than not, of repetitive winners . So if you have had the opportunity to of won on more than 1 or 2 occasions as I have also often heard, you are very lucky and well done to all. But I bet there is more of a percentage of people who have the same experience and possibly question if it’s fixed or flawed than I can imagine.

Thanks for your review Karen, we can assure that the system for generating winners is not "fixed" in any way. Ticket numbers are randomly assigned, then the full entry lists are displayed on the website well ahead of the draw taking place, the winning ticket number is then selected using the google random number generator. There is no way for us to manipulate the number the google random generator draws as the winner. Are you suggesting that we have pre-selected a winner from our entry lists? What benefit do you think it would be to us to have one person win on more than one occasion? We can understand your frustrations with regards to not winning, but we hope you can understand the damaging nature of this review with no actual support for the claims that you're making. Thanks for giving us a go, sorry that you didn't manage to get yourself a win with us.

Winning was a good reason for 5 stars plus the app is easy to use and has great prizes. I set myself a limit how much I want to spend and that's it.
I won the Dualit toaster & kettle. Very happy with my win. Will definitely recommend. 5 stars for the prizes too
