No no no…,,, don’t do it, this is a diabolical company I’m experiencing all the same as the bad review. Just had an email offering 5% I e pre -empt the 10 and 20% sent one back saying no, just want return address. Speaking to my bank today so wish me luck. If I don’t get any satisfaction I will be contacting Watchdog on The One Show ... Matt Allwright and Nikki Fox investigate your consumer issues.

They will take your money, reply with automated emails and won't reply for an exchange/refund until the 14 days to contact them are over.

Keep away from aspirato don't get suck in by fake reviews this hoover is a cheap peace of rubbish 1st of all its dropped shipped from China I tried cancelling my order the day after I made it to no joy they told me it had been shipped out so would have wait till it arrives and send it back which would cost me money £14 anyway Customer service are nightmare the hoover is OK if you were paying around £30 for it nothing more just as a stop gap , the charge last about 20 minutes look its a crap stay away fake reviews don't get conned this Company need reporting and closing down

I ordered my vacuum on September 23rd. I contacted Aspirato on 4th of October for an update and on Saturday 7th I got a reply saying my order had shipped. It arrived today (9th October) and I am really pleased with it! It was easy to assemble, it’s lightweight and so quiet compared to my Dyson. It had 50% charge so I was able to vacuum around the kitchen, hall and lounge to test it, and I’m really pleased! After I placed my order, I looked at these reviews and was expecting problems, but thankfully I had none.

I wish there was a zero star rating! This is a scam nothing more nothing less.

I purchased the cordless vacuum and when it arrived I thought it "looked" a descent product but how wrong I was. The performance is just awful with little to no suction.

Thats just the start, on the 1st September, three days after receiving the vacuum I requested a full refund and return address. I currently have a 15 long email thread between me and Aspirato but I'm no closer getting a refund only the offer of a 15% discount.

I have now complained to Klarna, the credit company offering three interest free payments for the vacuum on behalf of Aspirato.

They have been helpful and frozen the outstanding 3rd payment and given Aspirato until the 12th October to refund me the two payments I have made, but its unclear to me whether Klarna will refund me the money I have paid if Aspirato don't meet the deadline.

I'm not holding my breath!!!

I realised shortly after I ordered the vacuum cleaner that the reviews were fake and that I had been scammed. I emailed the following morning and told them to cancel the order as I knew it was a scam and that I was contacting my bank. They replied 3 days later that they couldn't cancel my order as it had already been dispatched. I emailed them again saying that I knew it was coming from this country and was not going to return it to China. I told them again that I was in contact with my bank and Actionfraud in London and that I wanted a refund. Very surprisingly they replied a few days later saying that they were giving me a refund minus 15%. I emailed again saying that I would remain in contact with my bank and Actionfraud until the money was in my bank. I wasn't holding my breath that the money would appear, but this afternoon it did. I have lost £25 , but I have put that down to experience and it's taught me to be very careful about reading fake reviews. Keep persevering. Threaten them with Actionfraud and fingers crossed you might be successful in getting your money back too.

This company it’s a scam because firstly it’s based in china not uk as the website show , I bought hoover and take nearly month to arrived I cancelled my order just few days after placed I sent them multiple email they don’t respond to my questions they just apologies with a tracking link , when the item arrrived after WHILE I didn’t accepted and sent it back they charged me £30 for that , if wanna waste ur money and times go for it but I don’t recommend anybody to go through my bad experience! 0*

The suction on this vacuum is pathetic. Pet hairs are actually swept up but anything heavier just goes round and round the agitator brush until it is switched off. The bits then are dropped onto the floor necessitating a dustpan and brush to sweep up. What a waste of money.

We ordered the vacuum cleaner on a Sunday and realised within a couple of minutes that IT IS a SCAM!! We emailed immediately and had an email back early Monday morning that they had sent the product. It’s 14 days and it has not arrived. We realised quickly that we are not dealing with a professional firm. How can they still be allowed to trade??

The domain name aspirato.co.uk was only registered in March this year and expires in March 2024.

No address on their website and no phone number, so no way to contact them except via email.

Appalling customer service, stay away! Ordered the vacuum more than a month ago, but never received it. It was supposed to come with a tracking 48 h Royal Mail package which "disappeared"...Initial emails were "Don't worry be patient"...after 3-4 weeks didn't bother even to answer. I am in dispute through my visa's bank. Major problem the fake reviews out there....Be careful

We sent payment for the hoover close to a week ago and apart from a confirmation of order have heard nothing , we have now sent 7/8 emails requesting either a delivery date and more recently requesting a refund and have not had one reply from them at all , beginning to think we have been scammed and not sure where to go from here 😢

The suction on the hoover is extremely poor. I thought that I must have put it together incorrectly, or something had blocked it the first time I used. Unfortunately not! It doesn’t pick up the bits of cat litter that I primarily bought it for, but it also only picks up tiny bits when you go over them time and time again.
I became concerned and explored more on the internet only to find that the review comparison site that gave the aspirato such high ratings appears to be a scam.
As other people have mentioned there isn’t an address to write to in order to complain and of course there isn’t a telephone number you can ring.
So far they have also not replied to my emails. I have spoken to trading standards who have said that if the quality of the product is unacceptable I am entitled to a refund if I raise this within thirty days, which I have done. I have also raised the purchase as a concern with Klarna, who have suspended my payments. DO NOT BUY THIS HOOVER.

Sadly I am having the same issue as everyone else. Ordered this product based on reviews . Nothing has arrived yet ( ordered 11 days ago). Emailed and got no response and emailed again to cancel my order and get a refund and still no response. I will keep going..

So I brought this, then found all these bad reviews and panicked!!! Tried contacting the company to get a refund asap! But obviously already shipped. Well it’s arrived today and I am so pleasantly surprised. It’s a fine vac. Easy to set up, easy to use and plenty suction. I’ve already filled it twice in about 10 mins. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. Only thing I would say is it’s a bit whizzy (glides very quick) and twists a bit when pushing but I’m sure that’s something I will get used to.
Pretty happy with my purchase so I’d say if you’ve brought it and panicking to return, actually try it out!

So far this is following the same dreadful thread as the other many 1 star reviews, we ordered the product, and pretty much straight away it didn't feel right, so we cancelled it with them by email, and also with our bank, the company went on attempting to take the money until they managed this, as we had given prior approval for the payment, we have since had to cancel the card. We have reported them to our bank as their emails are simply fobbing us off in alignment with all thats been said prior. We will not stop and will pursue them until we receive our refund for the cancelled order, as due in distance selling rights. Next stop Trading Standards.

I live in South Africa and ordered this 6.5 weeks ago having seen the review from David Brown, only realising after ordering that it was a fake review. I emailed to immediately cancel the order, they took two days to reply only to tell me it'd already been shipped and refused to give a refund (same as many other people commenting on here). However, even though they say it was sent I have still not received the vacuum cleaner so cannot comment on the quality. They claim it has been stuck in SA customs for the last 5 weeks?! All other items I've ordered from abroad have had no trouble getting through customs. No tracking number provided and they refuse all requests for a refund. Unfortunately in this country we don't easily get refunds from credit card providers for fraud/scams. Do NOT buy from this company. All the positive reviews on Trust Pilot seem to be fake reviews/accounts

Oh good grief - this bloody company! Bought an Aspirato almost 2 weeks ago. Suction is rubbish. Been offered 5%, 10% and 15% refund if I keep the damn thing but they have not yet furnished me with a return address. The address on the box is Dunstable but apparently it's just a distribution centre. My bank don't think I have a case as they provided the item ordered😞. Advised to contact trading standards but that's got to be via citizens advice now. Makes a mockery of online purchasing law.

Aspirato vacuum cleaner..Don't waste your money! I was so disappointed with this cleaner as it has poor suction And the bristles on the head are featherlike and useless on carpets.
I tried to return but they wouldn't give me a returns address and told me it would have to go to China at my cost and insurance and they don't usually receive the goods anyway, and will reduce your refund if not returned to their satisfaction. so all is lost. I was offered 5% then 10% and finally 15% discount but this still leaves me with a useless cleaner that isn't fit for purpose. Delivery was received in 2 days so why does it have to go to China. Feel like I've been scammed. Be warned.
