Most of Valerie's actual job placement services are based on the client's individual network. In my experience, Valerie inflated her ability to assist with job placement. If you are a mid-career professional and do not have a robust and influential network, these services will not be beneficial. I would suggest going the route of participating in a mid-career fellowship if you are seeking to make a career pivot and need to expand your network.

With this said, Valerie did offer a ton of support and accountability. Unfortunately for me, I was not lacking in these areas and ultimately disappointed in my ROI. I think her services would be better suited for Senior-level Executives seeking a career change.

This was to develop a government formatted resume. The summary rewrite was very well worded. However, if I knew that the only other changes we’re adding contact/salary info and reformatting the skills section to align with select job, perhaps a discussion would have been sufficient with me updating. I do appreciate the assistance and insights offered though.
