I did most of the negotiation and the Trim representative really only took note of what the Comcast rep and I talked about. I give myself 5 stars for the negotiation and scoring a loyalty credit for myself. Maybe I will be able to give Trim 5 stars next year if the agent was more engaged in the conversation instead of only recapping.

Money saved! Zero headache!
The experience provided by the Trim service rep was great! Smooth transaction that required minimal amount of time from me but gained me over $600 back over 1 year time. No complaints and can't recommend it enough!

need to be able to assist without having me on the phone. i gave the information needed to access my accounts due to me being at work in a hospital and can not immediately stop helping patients to answer the phone and risk hipaa violations.

Trim was able to save me money on my monthly cable TV/internet bill without any changes to my level of service. I barely had to do anything at all to assist in the process. I'm very satisfied. Thank you Trim!!
