MISSED CALL. POSTMAN CAME, TRIED TO CALL HELP LINE AND NO ONE ANSERES AND ALSO EMAIL SAME. HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND, THEY TOOK MY MONEY BEFORE I COULD PICK UP MY PHONE / NOT ACCEPTABLE THIS COMPANY NEEDS REPORTING, THEY STATE NO MONEY WILL LEAVE YOUR ACCOUNT UNTIL YOU SPEAK TO A READER. THIS IS DISINFORMATION, THEREFORE ILEGAL, I SPOKE TO NO ONE. I ASKED FOR A RFEUND NICELY OR BOOK ME IN ASAP TO THE READER. NO RESPONSE . Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I’m really sorry that the authorisation happened, as you were only on the line for a few seconds your card was authorised but not charged, like when you go to a hotel. This means the funds were set aside for us to use, but were not taken as you didn’t have a successful call.

Our computer sends an electronic message to your banks computer and asks if there’s enough funds on the card. Your bank sends us a message with confirmation that they will set the money aside for us (authorisation), so we go ahead and try to put the call through. If the call fails for any reason, you haven’t paid for the call but the funds are still pending.

Authorisations are lifted by your bank and can take between 3-5 bank workings days or even longer. Each bank is different. The ‘debit’ can either disappear or a ‘credit’ will show on your account. It will be showing as ‘pending’ on your account. As soon as your call failed to connect we confirmed to your bank that we will not be completing the transaction.

Terrible service

I was charged for £39.95 for call didn’t happen and tried getting a refund.. woman was rude and unhelpful and basically tried make out I was lying after all money I have spent on this company.. DO NOT use this as you are can get charged full amount even if you don’t get a reading!

These is a reap off..i have made 3…

These is a reap off..i have made 3 calls today to 3 diff readers they say hello and then cut of call..i have money deducted from my account for the full call..dont your readers know the moment they answer we are billed...i have sent a complaina nd this time i have taken pics of my call, mints of call and bank statemnt deduction becoz i have had tese trouble many times just with some readers and dont get my full minutes or refund..these time i want my full money..so readers are cutting calls n they get full bill??

The readers seem OK.

The readers seem OK.
I never experienced such a bad customer service.
When you call Cs nobody answered the phone. The customer service form from the website doesn't work. Sent 4 requests and never received an answer.
Finally I managed to find an email and sent my query. I paid £15 for an offer for credit which I never received. The answer was not helpful, and after 3 email, I was was told, " what is wrong with you". Very shocking indeed. Not to mention never received the credit
So I asked to delete my account and it was deleted, Finally, but no confirmation email was sent.
Also ask for a refund, which I never received.
If you after okish readers and the worst customer service ever, go for this site.
