Helped kickstart our financial planning

Great experience
I worked with James Doogue from the AskPaul team to help better understand my financial situation, and how myself and my husband should be managing our finances to help with long term gains. He was extremely patient and helpful from the outset, meeting at different times of the day to help with our schedule with baby life and work life. Professional and clear advice

Positive experience will use again
Eoin was my mortgage advisor for a long time, supporting me in obtaining the most appropriate AIP before I finally went sale agreed on a property. The online portal was very easy to use and clearly outlined what documents were required for upload, with most only needing a digital signature. This made the entire application process really efficient.
Stephen then took over my case when I moved from AIP to the offer stage, and Mark assisted with arranging my life assurance policy. It was extremely convenient to be able to organise everything through the same company.
The Fairstone / Ask Paul team were reliable, responsive, and always available to answer any queries. They made the entire process with the bank seamless thanks to their expertise, and they kept me regularly updated throughout. I would definitely recommend the team at Fairstone and would happily use them again in the future.
