We had a great experience from start to finish with Ask Paul. Derek Browne was fantastic throughout the entire process, always available, clear in his advice, and really helpful in guiding us through each step of securing our mortgage.
As we moved towards completion, Stephen Lawler took over and did an excellent job closing everything out smoothly and efficiently. The handover was seamless and made the final stages stress-free.
The wider team were also very supportive, Daniel Browne assisted us with mortgage protection, and we were given helpful recommendations for solicitors and valuation services along the way, which made the whole process much easier.
Overall, a very professional and well-coordinated service. I’d have no hesitation recommending them.

Superb services for First Time Buyers.
My partner and I are both young first time buyers. From minute one when we connected with Lisa, we felt at ease. She was able to provide clear and concise advise and instructions that were easy to follow.
After dealing with Lisa, we were then connected with Stephen and Billy who continued the fantastic client centered advice and were great actors on our behalf with our chosen financial institution as well as legal representatives.
The team at AskPaul were able to greatly reduce the stresses associated with mortgage applications and my partner and I can't say enough good words about the team we dealt with. We'll be referring friends/family for sure.

Asked for a consultation and had same. Broker promised to get back to me the next day with updates -7 business days later nothing - zero contact - despite a follow up email. Avoid - there are much better brokers out ther!

I booked a pension planning appointment recently and spoke with David Madden. As someone who has very little knowledge about finances it was a really start to understanding which steps I should take and in which order in the next few years. He answered all my questions and I found it very helpful.

Absolutely Amazing
I worked with Lisa from start to finish in my New Home Journey, Lisa was my go to with everything mortgage related. She was nothing short of absolutely fantastic, made the process so easy and understandable, took the stress out of that side of the process for me. She was always there to answer questions and give advice that suited my situation. Billy was very helpful when it came to the mortgage protection also! I couldn't recommend Lisa and the team enough!

Mortgage switcher
Recently switched my mortgage with the help of Fairstone aka askpaul. It was a difficult switch but with the help of Niall, Ciara and Stephen it was made easier. Everything was communicated well and responses were quick. Giving a special shoutout to Niall who went above and beyond to sort out an issue we had with the BER rating.
