Nice Experience

Nice Experience. Filo is very helpful to the students, all the features like instant tutor help and ai support works very well I would recommend every student to atleast try it once.

Filo refuses to delete my account

I have never seen a platform that does not have an option to permanently delete your account.

I had to contact their customer support since there is no such account setting that would initiate the closure of your account.

Now this is where it gets interesting.
According to them "we are required to retain certain information for auditing purposes." While this may be true to a limited extent, under Art. 17 GDPR, I have the "right to erasure," which does not equal to simply setting my account to "private," something that has not happened to this day.

However, Art. 17 GDPR clearly sets out that a platform cannot refuse the deletion of personal data.

Keep this in mind before signing up!

If my account is not permanently deleted, I shall be forced to consider formal legal action.

Filo doesn’t provide quality that it…

Filo doesn’t provide quality that it promises.Teacher don’t give slots and it needs constant follow up and when asked for refund they simply denied saying that they don’t have refund policy.

History of Satisfaction: Your journey with us began in September '25 with a single subject. It was only after you were satisfied with the quality of those initial classes that you requested to add additional subjects to the student's curriculum. Our records show a consistent and successful attendance of classes for over six months following this expansion.

Proactive Scheduling: Our team has always been ready to support the student’s learning. In response to your specific requests, we arranged extra classes tailored to your ask, though you ultimately declined to attend them.

Refund Policy: Our "No Refund" policy is pre-communicated and is always available for review on our website at askfilo.com/cancellation-and-refund.
Our moderators are also available to clarify these terms before any purchase.

Current Status: Your classes remain active and available. Had there been a failure in our teaching quality or a lack of available resources on our end, we would have certainly addressed the matter differently., but as the sessions were provided and remain accessible, we encourage the student to resume their learning.

Filo is best plateform to provide best…teaching plateform for student and also provide earning plateform for tutors .

Filo is best plateform to provide best education by selected or enthuistic energetic teachers where it gave me opportunity to give my best and I am doing my best for student and also I earn from this plateform.
