stole my order and falsely signed my name

I purchased a TV through Very and paid extra for next-day delivery. The item arrived at their hub at around 2am, yet apparently they won’t deliver it the next day unless it’s received in the afternoon on the day of purchase. This completely defeats the point of “next-day delivery.”
Royal Mail manages to handle similar timings without issue, so there’s really no excuse.

Now I’m being told I have to wait an additional four days. Absolutely unacceptable. This company is a joke and shows zero regard for its customers. Judging by the overwhelming number of 1-star reviews, it’s clear I’m far from the only one who’s had this experience.

Dont ever use Arrow XL. For all the same reasons as everyone else. They do not deserve even half a star. I have not received the item from Hughes Electrical - who are well aware of the bad reviews yet continue to use them for delivery - and will be cancelling my order with them. What an utter waste of my time. Report to trading standards.

Booked date for delivery and had time off work as large item! Was text in morning stating it wasn’t going to come that day and that it would come the following Monday (without checking date was convenient), messaged on the Monday, as no contact telephone number, to be told they have no idea what day or time the item would be delivered! Sat in all day for item to come at half 9 at night, no contact prior to this to advise of time which we was advised we was. Totally terrible service!

I was given today’s day for delivery waited in all day and no email, no call nothing to say if it’s been delayed or changed worse service ever! Their chat is useless all day it’s been saying an agent will be with you shortly for hours waiting not response!

1 star because I had no choice. Even that is too high. Got my phone call to say would be half an hour, 20 minutes later got a notification to say they were unable to deliver!!!! No reason, after becoming a super sleuth trying to find a contact number only to find I was 57th in the queue. Zena from the web chat finally answered an hour and twenty minutes later! I ended up cancelling my order with Very because I refused to wait in for this company again. Shocking and bad for businesses using them.

My first experience of ArrowXL was delivery of an origin mattress which was ignored on the initial delivery date, cancelled on the 2nd date and finally delivered on 3rd date. Today I am waiting for a Dusk delivery. Tracking shows at local hub I had an SMS from Arrow on Friday saying they have it and it is scheduled for today and promising a sms or email update day before. That was Sunday so I gave them the benefit of the doubt but no contact today. Facebook messenger is just an auto reply saying use live chat. Live chat keeps disconnecting before an agent joins. So I can't get any confirmation

Rang me as arranged to say when they were delivering my washing machine, turned up opened back of lorry my washing machine was in its side, I asked if bolts were in it to stop drum moving??? Yes was reply they said it was on its side to stop it falling over. Thought no more of it. They carried it in put it in my kitchen, seemed in a rush to leave. Anyway as I was unwrapping it I realised the top was loose and drawer was hanging slightly as I tried to open drawer that was when I saw it was all smashed inside. My washing machine was on its side in their lorry cos it had already fell over and broke, hence being in a rush to leave my house. Not happy. Gonna take me ages to get new one as very won't give them another one to drop off while collecting broken one 2 journeys instead of 1 while making me wait

Miele let us down badly by sub-contracting to this useless company to deliver and install a washing machine.

They came equipped with a trolley that was so beaten up it had jagged metal holes at the back from years of being bashed. Inevitably, the poorly trained individuals they sent to do the work gouged big chunks out of our door threshold with this damaged trolley when they brought the machine in. They left with the washing machine transit bars and also a screwdriver they had borrowed from us, as ArrowXL had not equipped them with one.

The process for getting the threshold repaired has been extremely painful. ArrowXL accepted responsibility but set a whole load of tiresome requirements about quotes to repair and a ridiculously short timescale in which to get quotes. I missed their (not legally valid) deadline for the quotes and, in spite of admitting responsibility, they have now passed me back to Miele. Unfortunately, Miele customer services are equally useless, so now I'm bouncing around between two hopeless companies neither of which have any regard for their customers.

I had a message yesterday 14th November 2025 to say my delivery was due on the 15th today and it hasn’t turned up tried different ways to get in touch with no luck at all no messages from them either absolutely disgraceful

Waited all day for the delivery that would arrive between 16:00-19:00 ( the times kept changing all day). Driver gets one stop away.. then at 16:11 I get a notification that delivery is unsuccessful due to “nobody being home”… 4 people in the property..

So I head over to the “live chat” to be sat there for a hour to no response and the chat then saying “offline” at 18:12.. the website states 8am- 8pm on the webchat.

I will be ringing them come Monday morning!

Absolute disgrace.

What a complete joke of a company in this day and age.

I took the day off work to accept a delivery. A delivery which was already a week late. The delivery due 1:15-3:15 was late, this meant I had to source emergency childcare to ensure I was still home for delivery. I tracked them on the map and they were in my tiny town AND I was the next stop only for them to cancel. Their website suggests a quick response via their chat service, well over an hour and still no response. I then tried to email them via their website only for that to bounce. So I have tried to contact them via Facebook as suggested on their website only to find they are not accepting messages as they are not monitored. What a complete joke of a business.

After 4 attempts finally delivered 3 previous attempts cancelled on day of delivery one of which was 1 hour away
Also chat online waste of time not surprised you can’t talk to someone with the amount of bad reviews they would never be off the line ! Can’t fault the delivery guys when it finally arrived suggest Costco use some other company as it letting Costco down !!

Appalling delivery service. Arrived an hour before the actual delivery slot. Think they were on a mission to get finished. Dumped a 2 seater sofa & 3 seater sofa on the doorstep...looked at door & said won't fit & left! Fortunately a neighbour came to our rescue.

Awful customer service. I had a delivery booked two weeks ago and because of road works I was a few mins late and the driver just left eventhough they called and I let them know I was close by. Booked another delivery and asked if they could contact me an hour prior to delivery and the rude customer service person on WhatsApp (that messages back every hour) told me that they won't be calling me earlier and I should sit at the property for 2 hours in hopes that they are going to be there in that time. Why are manufacturers using this company? They should be closed down

Completely disappointing with a courier service. We had a delivery slot between 5:30 pm-7:30pm. They turned up at 9 pm without explanation why they are deleted. We paid for disconnecting old and connecting a new washing machine. They took old one and just run away without connecting new one. Do not recommend them at all and we definitely will apply for a refund regarding connecting the new washing machine as that was what we have paid for !

Absolutely disgusting company, came to deliver today item wasn’t on the van, the item has been booked for delivery for a few weeks especially for today as we have no washing machine in our new home we have purchased. Delivery driver said he would go back to the depot to collect and re deliver by 9pm this evening we then receive a text message to advise the earliest they can deliver is now SATURDAY! absolute cowboys.

Absolutely appalling company. Failed to deliver twice now, text said item on van, then out for delivery, then cancelled due to a problem in the warehouse. What a joke! Agent (call themselves Customer service!) said the van was too heavy so had to remove my item. So it wasn't out for delivery at all. Why not tell the truth?
Wish I could leave a minus score, they don't deserve even 1 star
