Returns are supposed to be made by contacting them through email within 7 days. I contacted them within the time frame and haven't heard back from them. That was two weeks ago

Hello there
We see that the Order has been placed on the 13th of Oct, as per our shipping policy and as mentioned on product page's shipping & Returns section, our shoes are made to order and usually the whole process takes between 2-3 weeks which includes the delivery time, they should be arriving by next week Nov 8
Those shoes are in very high demand and were made to order, that is why they are taking longer than expected, they have been shipped and are currently on their way to customs to be checked and released to you USPS will update their tracking page as soon as that happens, we will contact our shipping partner to expedite the process
