NEVER AGAIN!
NEVER AGAIN!! Never received order due to customs problem (which is within the sender‘s sphere of responsibility). Have been informed that I will not be refunded unless they receive the parcel back from customs (so if the package gets lost along the way this shall be my risk instead of theirs?!). Customer service of Ashiana didn’t even make the effort to contact DHL/delivery service provider themselves and takes days to respond. Very poor performance. Worst customer service experience I made so far. Never again!! Hope I really get my money back.

We are so sorry you have experienced issues with your order. I have checked the communication, after you confirmed you hadn't received your parcel we wanted to await a short period for it's return as standard. We were also then informed by the courier company the order was refused upon delivery so we have already fully refunded you. Please be reassured we wouldn't have left you without a refund but the parcel was refused and had to make it's way back to us. We are a small company so our emails aren't always able to be checked over weekends but our customers are very important to us so we are very sorry you had this experience with your order.

I was delighted with my earrings but I was charged customs duty of c€19, which I wasn’t expecting. I emailed the company twice about this but no result. It is the customer service that gets the bad rating!

With custom duties, unfortunately this is out of our control as it is based on the country you are ordering from, this is stated on the website before ordering.
I have checked with the team regarding your emails and will investigate further as the team aim to respond to all emails and I am very sorry if this wasn't the case in this instance but we appreciate you taking the time to feedback.

The style of the earrings were lovely although a little sharp when putting the earrings in. I have only worn them a couple of times as I had a reaction to them, which is such a shame. Nice earring though.

Only down side, customers in Ireland need to be told when ordering that there will be an addition VAT charge on items arriving in Ireland, I assumed that the Irish VAT had been included in the cost.
