Product good but one issue waiting to be resolved
Order easy, delivery prompt, product good quality. One problem: At the time of order I set up an account. Now unable to access as doesn’t recognise my email address, despite receiving emails from them. Reported to them by email on 7/12/25 who said they’d pass to their website people. Not heard anything since! Doesn’t give me confidence to order again.

Absolutely Brilliant!
I did endless research and decided on a sphere for a tiny bit of my friend’s ashes. I searched, went round and back and forth and found the perfect one at Ashes Jewellery Shop. Their prices were brilliant and the most competitive and, once ordered, it even arrived the next day.
Not only was it super-fast, but there was such a kind note in with it, and clear instructions on what to do - they even included a tiny superglue, which is invaluable if you’ve superglued your own bottle’s lid to the bottle!
Ashes are not simple to manage, and it’s fiddly - tip: put a piece of paper down and just pour straight into the receptacle, tipping out and adding until you can glue the top in tight. Easy enough to “V” the paper and pour back into your original ashes.

Excellent service
I recently lost my dad (23rd August) and have been looking for a memorial piece to put his ashes in. This site was the first one I saved, the blue heart necklace is perfect, my dad loved royal blue and this necklace is exactly like that, bigger than I was expecting. It comes with everything, the glue to seal the necklace with, the funnel to help put the ashes in. I will be hanging it on my wall along with some photos of my dad, I will wear it out on special occasions. My mum is also very impressed with it too

Professional and great customer services. There was an issue with the Royal Mail tracking and I emailed Ashes Jewellery and got a response within 30 minutes offering to send out another necklace to be here in time for my mum’s birthday. Luckily I received the first necklace the same day. But could not fault how great the customer service was. Will be sure to order from them again and recommend to my friends!
