Ascenti Physio Omdömen 

This was the second injury I needed to have physio for. My physiotherapist, Hasiya, was excellent. She understood exactly what was necessary to deal with my pain and get me back to training. She is also a lovely lady.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Ascenti in Leamington spa. I enjoyed the mix of exercises and massage on the impacted area, and also the flexibility to pick when I wanted my appointments and how often. Ive gone from being in pain whenever I’m walking to running without pain and couldn’t be happier!

I honestly can’t recommend Maryam Rani enough! I went to see Maryam with a really bad knee that was causing me a lot of pain and affecting my day-to-day life. After working with her, I genuinely feel like I’ve got a brand-new knee! Maryam is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and, most importantly, so friendly and welcoming. She took the time to properly understand the problem and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process.

I contacted them through Vitality and initially I was pleased that they were going to suggest some exercises in the app based on the answers I gave in my questionnaire. The following day they messaged to say actually I need a 1:1 appointment and my excess would be payable, I went to book a session only to find the session was a video call costing £60 but I'd still be required to pay the £100 excess. After the video call I was to expect to go back to the online exercises. I feel like they are just trying to get money out of me. Absolutely awful.

Had an 8 week physiotherapy treatment with Matt at the Finsbury Circus site. Really great tailored and personalised therapy plan, working towards my own personal goals. Throughout Matt ensured that I was comfortable with each exercise, and took care in assessing week-by-week progress before progressing the plan further. Would highly recommend.

Physio at the Leamington clinic is gentle but thorough.
He explains each treatment action and will answer any questions. Most importantly, he doesn't make you feel guilty for not having done your exercises!
Physio is no magic bullet, but the positive feedback each week makes it worth the effort and discomfort (sometimes).

Francis was great from start to finish. Always listening to what I said and giving me the right exercises week in week out. A really nice guy who I would highly recommend.

A really amateur and unprofessional experience.
My initial, scheduled, video appointment was late as the host had ‘IT issues’ so it ended up as a phone call. Very difficult to demonstrate range of motion limitations over the phone in words. I’d say it was almost impossible.
Had a referral to a physical physiotherapist after this. The availability at local venues was very poor. Eventually got first appointment and was quite disappointed but not all bad. For my follow up it took a long time due to my availability (holiday) then no appointments for weeks.
At the eventual appointment waited half an hour I the waiting room (it’s an nhs waiting room, so nobody is interested if you’ve arrived for your private appointment or not) eventually left only to get a phone call in the car as I was driving home to say ‘sorry missed you and was running late’.
Completely unreliable and unprofessional service.

Booked through Vitality and have been seeing Sarfaraz for shoulder pain.

The experience has been great. The treatment plans have been easy to follow and each session I’ve seen improvements. I’m 6 weeks in and have dramatically decreased my pain and improved my posture. Would recommend

Sanika was brilliant, very clear and really nice to work with. Would definitely go back for treatment.

Sanika helped me with an ankle injury i sustained. Not only did I receive help with the pain but also to help correct structural issues within my feet and walking style to help to prevent further injuries. She is very friendly and approachable and gave fantastic advice.

He was very welcoming making me feel at ease.he was very thorough when assessing my condition and worked very hard to find the best way to treat me continuously assessing and adjusting to solve my issue.

The service was really good, from initial consultation, to appointment bookings. I had an excellent physio in Sanika who has worked with me over a few months and has helped get rid of the pain I was experiencing. It has been a frustrating injury but has been dealt with very professionally and I am now able to carry out my normal activities without pain.

I had a great experience with Sunika in St George. She has helped me in so many ways with my back and, more importantly, has given me the confidence to get on with things again.

When I first started, I was often worried about what might aggravate my back and found myself holding back from activities I wanted to do. Sunika gave me practical exercises, guidance and reassurance that helped me understand my back better and gradually build my confidence.

I’ve made really good progress and feel much more confident about exercising, staying active and dealing with the occasional flare-up when it happens. I’m very grateful for all her help, patience and encouragement.

I received 6 physiotherapy sessions as part of my compensation after being hit by an uninsured driver. The improvement in my left shoulder after completing these sessions with Ioannis Lepidas is remarkable. I cannot recommend Ioannis highly enough - he is hugely knowledgeable and explains everything very clearly.
