I have experienced unacceptable delays…

I have experienced unacceptable delays and poor handling of my case. Despite fully complying with all ID and verification requests, my funds have been withheld for weeks with no clear explanation or timeframe.

I was told on 24 March that my details were sent to Santander for approval. Since then, I have received no meaningful updates—only vague responses stating they are “awaiting a response,” with no indication of what is being done to progress the matter.

There has been no proactive communication, no ownership, and no urgency, despite the financial and personal impact this delay is causing. I have now had to escalate the matter due to the lack of progress.

Friendly, helpful and very fair looking after me

Iv had to deal with this company for many months and have found the staff all friendly and acted with dignity to me as my situation was stressful,I can only thank them all , especially the last lady I spoke to, thanks again 👍

Unsympathetic company

Constant calls from this company. Had an income and expenditure form to fill in, no time to fill it in. We then get a letter threatning court action. You are a terrible company.

The staff member

Professional friendly service.

Mr Blore was excellent to work alongside in getting to a result that both parties were happy with. His information and help was clear and precise but delivered in a friendly way. This made getting to the right outcome easier and less daunting. I
would recommend his services with confidence to anyone who was in a similar situation to myself and needed the right guidance.

Previous review removed - feeble attempt to pretend I'd reviewed the wrong company.
I have their letters.
Pretending to act for Santander except Santander pretend it's Ascent.
A £9,000 bill for legal services was "a mistake" - £950 the real figure
Not a margin of error.
