Good system they have set up …
So far with ascendex everything has been great I recently moved from another prop firm ever since my journey began at ascendex I have had a smooth process from phase 1 to funded with great conditions I even recently had a problem with my contract being sent which was my fault as I failed to complete kyc even so this was sorted very quickly and my funded journey has been smooth special thank you to falcon from the support team who was very quick and stayed with me until I had my account sorted

SCAMMM !!! RUN AS FAST AS YOUR LEGS CAN CARRY
The worst experince ever in prop. Please people stop using your hard earned money to fall for their contant promotion. THEY DONT PAYOUT.
Been with them for months, after so may failed challenges i finally got through to a live account.
I tried to make a withdrwal and suddenly i was told i had made some breaches. They waited for me to request for a withdrawal before telling me about breach bullsh't.
I made zero breach, really disappointed.
Can i give 0 stars?
The worst prop firm in history.
They where better off when they began, but have been terrible for a longtime now.

Ascendx is here as soon as this sector exists
As long as I work with prop companies, I will always have an account at Ascendx. Everything works like clockwork here, all you need to know are the rules. According to the rules, my account was compromised due to a system error, but the support team eventually found the source of the problem and my account was returned. I am sure they are strong and will be here as long as this sector exists.

This fund is not doing well
This fund is not doing well, I traded profitably but was charged a red new all day error, did not send an email notification when the trader made a mistake for the first time, deleted all profits and locked my funded account, people should not participate in the challenge to avoid losing money

Bumpy experience but great customer support
There are definitely some hurdles AscendX has to overcome. I got my first payout with them and everything went far from smooth. Also everything must be done very manual with tickets and google forms. So why I give a 5 star review then one might ask? At the end of the day I got payed and received great customer support that was very fast and always solved the issues. Great experience
I'm currently in the evaluation process, so far the conditions have been top tier, 0 slippage, on point executions and the spreads are exceptional. I purchased my account with CTRADER and didn't like the platform, I reached out to the support via email on sunday night and they had me changed over to dxtrade within 15 minutes so the support is outstanding, can't wait to see what the future has in store for these guys!

Ascendxcapital - trustworthy and reliable
Ascendxcapital by the far the best prop firm i’ve been with. They’re very transparent with the way the business is funded and they show payouts.
The main selling point for me was, the owner Alex, himself he engages with the members, and sorts us out on the spot unlike some firms where owners leave us clueless.
Support team is always active, especially Mystic and Diamond. i had a couple doubts and issues, they resolve it as soon as possible.

Great experience so far
Passed phase 1 of a recent challenge but fell short in phase 2. They offer reasonable pricing for their challenges and discounts that make a big trading account affordable. Low spreads and the DX trader platform work well for me. Overall very satisfied with my experience and hopefully can get funded soon with this firm.
