Worst rules in the industry. I would give negative rating if possible. This prop firm has the worst rules in the industry like.
1) 15 seconds rule
2) 2 min rule
3) All day no trade rule.
4) Payment time more than a week.
5) Most rejected payout cases.
And many more. I lost 3 months' time as they breached 2 funded accounts and rejected my 15K profit from both. Three times I got my payout rejected, I would suggest all to stay away from this any try for other firm.

Amazing customer service, are very fast at sorting out issues.

All is made to reject payouts with shady rules. My 2 k$ payout was rejected because I put my SL 29 seconds after I entered in position but you have only 15 seconds to put SL if not you need to wait 2 minutes to put a SL. I mention I don't trade news.

Seriously what's the goal if not to find a lame excuse to reject payout ? Who cares if you take 15, 30 or 45 seconds to put a SL, or even 1 hour ? Just a way to scam people, I understand why you run a 50 % discount from the start...

This constitute a soft breach so my account had been reset ? Whoho nice. Guess what ? I will make another profits and ask another payout, taking care of your dumb rules and i promise if you don't pay I'M TAKING YOU TO COURT.

By the way the support is fast and efficient so the star is for them.

I was pleased with the customer service support I received.

Guys this company is scamming vulnerable Pakistani folks. They approach and trap people by asking them to invest money in their "funds" with guaranteed returns and then block them afterwards. Please take out 2 mins of your time and put a 1-star review for them along with a comment such as "This firm is scamming people, do not approach them at all" or "It is a waste of time and money to continue with them, their hidden rules are designed to exploit people" etc.

These guys will look for any reason to reject your payout. I am 100k funded and they rejected my payout just because I had 2 trades with a collective SL of 3.5%. The fun part is that they both closed in profits and I was up 5%.

Guys please stay away from this scam company.

They have ridiculous rules that are bound to make your payout rejected. Upon requesting my payout, they conveniently rejected it saying I traded during news. Guess what, that news was Jackson Hole Symposium on Friday which was apparently all day and any trade placed during that day was considered a breach.

See the funny part is that these guys have blocked me from their discord hence, I could never be notified of any such idiotic requirement. Guys if I were you, I would stay miles away from this scam and look for many other excellent options.

Their customer support is the best.

It’s a great propfirm its customer service is outstanding esp FURY he’s a great guy with his fast replies. I’m on my second phase and my trading days was glitched till he helped me out.

having to come here as just not getting any where with support. waiting nearly 7 weeks for my refund on my 50k account after payout. multiple tickets and refund requests filled out. had a response a week ago saying they cant refund me as a stripe acc is closed down and they will instead offer me 2x 50k account instead but they banned me from using them ( not here to moan about that as thats their decision) i replied saying im banned so i dont see why they would offer me new accounts. if if this isnt a mistake i will take my funded acc back and a free challange instead. ive dmd alex with no answer too. once you guys see this please email and sort this out and i will delete review

Received multiple payouts with AscendX, always been a smooth process. Out of all the prop firms, they have the best rules, and are not out to get the trader.

Always received my payout on time, with no delay. Most people with negative experiences have broke rules, and cannot accept it.

Anyone that trades within the rules gets paid out!

Today was the first time i had to deal with customer support from Ascendx, and in all honesty never expected customer support to be this quick and helpful. Today I was assisted by ASTA and Diamond and I could “hand in heart” say this has been the best online customer support i have ever received.
