Not a good experience. Had to terminate services within the first few months due to no action by Tom. Tom is a nice guy but is not technically minded and does not know the detail of what he's trying to sell. Would not recommend.

I do not agree with your review stated on this platform. The trouble occurred when myself and the team was not given the full branding pack and other requested items of information to help us carry out the campaign accordingly nor any ounce of feedback, there is also an outstanding invoice of work we carried out in the first month, this work was carried out to the highest level of our skill set within the agency and working with no feedback or guidance by you in the initial first 4 weeks. We carried out the tasks in hand you and I discussed in our strategy meeting.
