ASAP Translation Service was excellent
ASAP Translation Service was excellent! They translated our foreign adoption paperwork quickly, even working evenings and weekends. They answered questions fast, made corrections within an hour, and gave us a discount that saved us money. Highly recommend for fast, affordable translation!

All three orders were messed up
All three documents I sent for translation were messed up. Order 170425223037 they emailed me a document that doesn’t have my information, but other peoples information (completely WRONG) document
Order 170425223344 they “translated” imput the last name, date of birth, birth location and more incorrectly. And lastly Order 170425222145 they put incorrect date of birth, name and location of birth for my birth certificate. Absurd! I am seeking my refund immediately
I just wasted my money and time. Will be disputing this and submitting formal complaint to BBB

Prompt response and easy to use. The translated documents are really organized and clear, even with handwritten documents. They are accurate, and any issues are fixed right away. I have been using them since 2018, and I have had zero issues. 100% recommended
