They advertise as a concierge service. The "concierge" does not attempt to get to know you or your partner at all to see what would be a good fit. If you complain or give feedback, they give excuses and do not fix the problem. After the second concierge continued to not reply within days, I requested she stop messaging me and we would continue on our own picking the box theme so we could continue to have access to previous scene material (once you stop paying you cant access previous content). She had our membership cancelled. Also regarding price - we signed up before they implemented a fee for changing dates and we not notified of the new pay feature. Also was unable to access their site and the response was "sorry, it's your device/service" despite it being the only webpage that was crashing and on different browsers, devices, wifi and 5g. Don't waste your time or your money.

They have shipped us two scenes so far. We have not done either of the scenes. They both felt under-creative ,overused, and parochial. I hoping that there might have been a more thoughtful approach. I am pretty sure that we will not renew the subscription. I can see for a brand new sexually active person your "scenes" may feel very bold, for an older couple this felt very vanilla.

The entire selling point to this service is you have someone to customize your box every month. But they either don't listen or care; most likely both. For 3 weeks now I have had just been straight up ignored and when I ask very specific questions all they do is change my box to some other random box for no care about my or my wife's likes or interests. They don't care and won't listen to you. Not worth even trying.

The material is well presented, well researched and engaging. A good variety of approaches to sex, with guidance on how to explore new territory. I highly recommend!
