I ordered a shirt for my wife for Christmas. Shipping was a 1/3 of the cost of the shirt, but I couldn't find it anywhere else. The wrong shirt was shipped. Right color, right size, completely the wrong print. It should have said "Weird mom's build character". Instead it had a picture of some boy band. Not only did she not get it for Christmas, but it cost $12 to ship it back, even though it was their error. Buying from them was no different than just throwing $30 away. This is why people use Amazon. I will not buy anything from them again.

Ordered a sweatshirt as a Christmas gift. The sweatshirt arrived with stains all over the sleeves. Besides the stains, I wasn't impressed with the quality of the sweatshirt material either. I worked with ArtistShot Customer Support and they provided a refund but I had to pay for return shipping. Since the product was defective/stained, I asked for refund on return shipping also but they refused. Would not recommend

Was a little hesitant to purchase from here as the reviews were a bit mixed. Can say my experience was very positive. Order arrived sooner than expected and the quality of the product was terrific. Two thumbs up.

I've ordered 6 items from Artistshot so far and they've always been exactly what I was wanting. Some places send faded or washed out versions of what you thought you were getting, but I haven't had this issue with Artistshot. I tried to call their 800 number to inquiry on 12/12/22 at 12pm Central Time. I reched a recording saying that they were closed, but I could email or text for a response. Thus far, my text has gone unanswered....

I am starting to believe that this is a scam and that I need to contact my bank for fraud. I do not want to do this. I want the item I ordered. But I am low on options.

EDIT- A representative from Artist Shot contacted me with tracking information for my order. While I am still salty that I didn't receive an order number straight away AND that their phone number doesn't work, I am raising my orginal rating to reflect the quick response I received when I started to complain.
