Very good customer service
Very good customer service. I ordered a hat to be sent to my dad and didn't notice that the form had auto-filled MY home city and zip code.
When I checked on the status of the order they quickly help me make the necessary corrections and offered to ship the hat again, now that the address was correct.
Awesome!

Scam. Non-existent customer service
I can't even count how many times we've contacted these people about our order (at least 3 though) and ZERO response. Our package was sent to the USPS Mail Recovery Center aka the 'graveyard' where your stuff goes to die. Which means, there was no return address and our address was incorrect. We tried contacting USPS but they wanted specifics about the package which obviously we didn't know (size, what it looked like) and a return address for the sender. We had no clue and contacting this company has led us nowhere. We just want a refund since our stuff is probably gone. It's really amazing how companies can get away with customer service like this and basically stealing people's money; I know some people will just let it go, not us, lol.

Never received my order slow customer help
Never received my order contacted them and got no help and no response i have been trying to contact them for 2 months now! Do Not buy from artistshot.com
UPDATE: I did get a reply eventually on the 3rd time contacting them and they did ask me if i wanted a replacement i asked for a refund instead and they fully refunded me.

It took 5 weeks to receive my order
It took 5 weeks to receive my order. In the meantime, I contacted Artist Shot customer service many times to check where was my parcel and had no response. The tracking number would not give me any information. Then the item doesn’t look like the original but a counterfeit. There is no genuine tag on it. I will not order from this site again.

Ordered sweatshirt Dec 16 2024 size XL and received size XS. Contacted company via email and was told to provide proof by sending pic of sweatshirt and size, which I did.
No response from either email, text or phone call. Obviously they aren’t going to honor their word.

Don't order from them!
I ordered 13 hoodies for our family to attend a Football Bowl game. They were terrible quality. The screen printing was dull and some even had a bluish look over the entire logo. I paid more for higher quality Hoodies and they were just basic hoodies. I have emailed them and not received any response. I will never order anything from this company again. I seldom write reviews but do usually read them and regret that I did not read reviews on this company before ordering.

I ordered a hat for a Christmas present…
I ordered a hat for a Christmas present on Dec 7th, $7.98 shipping fee and did not receive the item until after Christmas. Sent several emails before a response received, and still did not receive the item. I would never purchase from this website again.

They don't answer their phones
They don't answer their phones. Can't leave a message. It gives you anumber to send a text, but they don't respond. I emailed them twice and no response.
No issues placing the order and making payment. Shipping came on time.
My event was canceled. I did not design a tshirt, I ordered one they already had for USO design. I tried to contact to return for a refund. No answer from them at all. No return info provided and no refund.

If I could give zero star I would! Ridiculous!!! I will post the item ordered versus the item received! SpongeBob in the site is colorful and large $39 hoodie- received the iron on print I could do at home: 1” sponge bob 3” squid word.
Scam! Like ordering from TEMU when you think your getting one thing and get another! Emailed 2x no response its a horrible experience at Christmas time!
I tried to reach out to the website multiple time and NO ONE HAS RESPONDED in over a month. - I wrote this review Mid December, 2024 and the 1st response was 1/21/25

The artist scam
I ordered some items and paid extra to have them here by a certain time and I still haven’t received anything I’ve emailed 5 times with no response I’ve tried calling they are never open the message you get is to text and you still don’t get a response. It’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t heard anything on the items I ordered. This company is a scam I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They need to be put out of business and need to be put in jail for scamming people

Ordered a sweatshirt
Ordered a sweatshirt. Quality was good but the design was missing a component. I emailed customer service 3 times with no response. This was a present and I’m completely unsatisfied that I cannot get this resolved. I will not order from this company especially when I had other sites I could have ordered from that offered a similar product. Lesson learned, I will be sticking with Etsy from now on.
