Best coffee so far
I have tried numerous different coffees. This one is probably one of the best i have ever had. My favourite so far is The Heroine, whole bean. The price is reasonable and delivery is swift. Highly recommend.

This is the third time I have ordered
This is the third time I have ordered coffee bags from Artisan Coffee, so they are doing things right.
I like the mix of flavors, cause I don't like to stick with one. Also they have a decaf option( for my wife, Pauline) and a halfcaf which I haven't tried.
And the choc rounds in the boxes are gorgeous.

I paid £7.95 on Monday for next day delivery, didn't arrive, so I had to change the delivery details but that meant I couldn't get it the following day either, so still waiting for it

Thanks for your purchase with us.
We just wanted to clarify why this occurred, to clear things up as we were disappointed to read your review due to the issue being outside of our responsibility.
Unfortunately you ordered at 5:08PM on the 14th (our cut off is 1PM as mentioned at the time of ordering), we fulfilled and despatched early on the 15th to try get your order to you ASAP.
Unfortunately you then changed the delivery address on the DPD tracker portal at 6pm on the 15th, then again changed the delivery by nominating a safe space delivery.
With DPD next day you cannot make any amendments once the package is en-route given the very tight deadlines the service works to, once you actioned changes the parcel will re-route while the system figures out the quickest route option.
I Hope this helps clear things up, if you need any more info please contact us directly.

I loved the coffee and exploring differant flavors.
I hate the waste involved by all the packaging. It would be amazing to be able to purchase the ground coffee without it being weighed out. I am an adult and quite capable of doing that myself. Perhaps supply a one off spoon.

Many thanks for your feedback, we constantly balance the priorities of freshness of product with the environmental impacts of our packaging.
We aim to reduce food waste by portioning our ground in individual sachets to keep the coffee fresh for every brew you make.
You can purchase our whole bean, which you can grind as you go as an alternative to this.

You purchased with us on Sunday the 16th of March at 3.09PM, meaning your order would be despatched the next working day.
We did so on Monday the 17th, and your package is due to be delivered to by the latest the 20th. That is therefore 3 working days from despatch to your door.
You chose our standard Royal Mail 48 shipping option, which we state is a 3-5 working day service.
Therefore we are slightly confused by your review.

Good selection for the coffee lovers.
Easy to order, good selection of coffees. Royal mail delivery which was a grest bonus. Emails to keep you updated.
The only thing which would improve for me would be if I could open the box to see the coffee bags but as it was ordered as a gift I didn't want to spoil it.

This is the fifth order I have placed with this company for their tasting boxes. The coffee choice is sublime and feels like a treat every time you select a coffee bag. Several of these orders have been given as presents and every recipient has been delighted to receive them as a gift. I just love the range of coffee's on offer,the easy ordering and quick delivery. I think the coffee bag packaging needs possibly looking at as I find some of the bags don't open easily or cleanly,which is a very minor issue....I've been ordering from here since 2023

Appreciate your comment on our packaging, since we implemented our fully recyclable materials the new outer sachets can be a tad stiff - just give the sachet a good shake from the top and then make your tear.
