Had a selection of Artisan Coffee as a gifted this was a re-order. Great coffee, Great choice of flavours and a very timely delivery

Just purchased the Libre half caf nespresso capsules, admittedly at half price, the title says, full bodied bliss, probably the weakest nespresso coffee capsules I have ever had, not surprisingly Artisan are ending this line. Sorry not my cup coffee at all. Half caf shouldn’t be half flavoured.

Delivery was super fast. Can’t wait to try them. The range of different coffees was really good and made choosing for gift so much easier with the ‘bag in a mug’ options

So I feel I need to start with a caveat that I’m not a coffee connoisseur. I can tell the difference between instant and a ‘proper’ coffee but beyond that and the finer points then I’m afraid you need to be taking someone else’s word for it…

What I will say is, I’ve used Artisan’s coffee bags following a variety gift pack. They work out at just under 50p a cup, which is significantly less than going out for a coffee, and I’d say they taste as good as barista made coffee. Obviously you aren’t getting the foamed milk or the flavoured syrup or blah blah blah, but you’re getting a decent tasting cup in a matter of minutes for a fraction of the price.

I’ve gone 4* rather than 5 as I found their website somewhat clunky to navigate (on iOS) and frustratingly couldn’t find my favourite from the variety pack to buy on its own.

My husband loves your coffee and the bags are so convenient. So now we have a subscription and it seems to be working well.
Ordering, communication and delivery all were excellent.

I ordered two boxes of coffee and when they came they didn't have any flavour it was just regular coffee quite disappointed

Amazing Coffee no bitterness just aromatic coffee. Had a box bought for me for Mothers Day and now its finished so have decided to buy another box.

I had high hopes when I came across this company, as they offer coffee bags and coffee pods that seemed perfect for client gifting in my business.

Before placing an order, I contacted them to clarify their gift service, specifically whether invoices would be included with gift deliveries, as we did not want clients receiving them. They replied (after a couple of days) confirming that no invoices would be sent, only a note from the sender, which reassured me.
I went ahead and ordered a gift box of coffee bags for a client. However, after delivery, we heard nothing from the client and I followed up, they told me they weren’t sure who the gift was from, as no clear note had been included. This completely defeated the purpose of sending a thoughtful client gift.

Around the same time, I placed a second order for coffee pods during a Mother’s Day promotion. for mum. When these arrived, I checked the contents before gifting and was disappointed to find the gift message had been typed upside down on a compliment slip. It looked careless and unprofessional.

I raised this feedback with the company, but unfortunately received no response at all.
Overall, the product idea is good, but the execution of their gift service is very poor. For a business that promotes gifting, attention to detail is crucial and sadly, this was lacking at every stage!

There is a lot of competition out there but these companies that use fulfilment centres have no way of knowing if the quality control is there this is something that I highly recommend Artisan looks into.

25/3 I had a lovely email apologising for the number of issues and I can see they have taken feedback on board, which all I can ask for, and wanted to send something to me to show they can deliver the perfect service. 30/3 I will see what arrives and then see if that changes the rating and if we should consider using them again.
