it's creating fantastic images from my descriptions. Very easy to use. My only issue so far is that it's not creating accurate illustrations of the specific tree species I'm asking for in my description, so I'm not able to create the exact illustration that I am wanting.

JUST DON'T DO IT!
I've had a terrible experience with this misleading app. I was looking for Astoria.ai (which is great) and this turned up under some false Astoria-looking name. I gave my credit details for the 7 day free trial, only then realised the (much intended) mistake and tried to cancel. I thought I cancelled the subscription and found out 5 MONTHS later that I am still being charged.

I made an account for the image generator, that was one of the worst mistakes I’ve made this year. First of all the image generator is very good, but the fact that it costs 50 bucks a month is simply outrageous, not only that, when I tried to cancel my account, it asked me if I realized what the “punishment” is, like wth, then after I said yes it asked for a “admin email” It never asked me for a admin email when setting up the account, I was confused and tried the email I set up with the account, it didn’t work, i tried as many emails as I know, none of them worked, I emailed the customer support and they responded “cancel the plan” that was exactly what I was doing, eventually I clicked “delete all data” and the account got deleted and I wasn’t charged anymore, artiphoria sucks

SCAM AND MISLEADING!
I searched for mid journey and artiphoria came up. It says mid journey but it isn't. I signed up for a paid trial period. I tired to produce media but nothing worked.
Then I wanted to cancel the subscription and reached out to support still no response! Extremely difficult to cancel!!!

Perfect Image generator for a startup. We have a great deal of creative freedom to generate all our ideas.

Unable to contact support in any way or cancel trial, very sketchy app and support.

Very misleading. Firstly, I searched for mid journey and artiphoria popped up. It says mid journey but it's not. I unknowingly signed up for trial period. I tried to produce drawings and it was not able to provide acceptable consistent results. So I attempted to cancel based upon pore results and realizing that this was NOT what I thought it was. It was extremely difficult to cancel. They would NOT refund trial charge. Very condescending support staff basically saying I should read the fine print. Totally unacceptable!!! SCAM I am filing a dispute with CC company.

Paid 7 USD for trial and Website and their AI content are crap , stay away from them …

Paid the seven dollars for the trial. Spent a whole day waiting on a password Reset email. Never came. It chose my password to begin with and never shared it with me somehow. Reach out to their team, no response. The worst part was when I tried to cancel my membership. Bruh! Their message the display after you have to click through several pages of crap, was disturbing. Said they would be severe consequences for my decisions. It was very aggressive and downright disturbing. Someone should look into this company definitely.

I didn't like the interface of the app and didn't really understand how to use it. It wasn't as user friendly as they made it seem. I thought I had canceled my subscription but then I was charged for it and when I requested a refund they told me their policy is against giving refunds after charges are already made. I find this highly unethical as I never even use any of the credits on my account.
