Great service and product

Very easy to order , delivery was on time . Great product

Always fast and super efficient.

Unfortunately having to right a poor review which I wouldn’t normally do but this company has mis-sold a product and taking no accountability.
My garden has been fitted with sleepers perfectly to fit a 4m width roll of grass.
We proceeded to lay the grass only needing to cut the length once we cut the length and started trying to position we realized it was 30mil short width so 60mil over the 2 areas leaving the grass short for the areas measured.
Rang artificial super grass up to which he said there is nothing he could do as we had cut the length.
I said I ordered and paid for a 4 m width why was it cut wrong to which I was then told you need to accept there can be tolerance.
I said no where and your website states this and further to this it says on my delivered roll this has been quality checked by the control team confirmed perfect A Grade grass condition!!!! Which it is not why would I think my 4m roll would come short on width!
The guy on the phone knows he is wrong and is missing selling grass and clearly not quality checking the rolls before delivering otherwise why would it not have been what I ordered at 4m wide.
I have report the company through the correct channels with the bank other people buying the grass need to be aware the cuts don’t come as advertised and are certainly not checked
Disgusting customer service to say the least when spending over £1,000 plus

I contacted Artificial Supergrass who were excelent they sent samples straight away, these were such great quality we decided to go ahead, they then recommended Andy from AH Ground Designs who have just completed both gardens today .they look fantastic so pleased went ahead would recommend both companies great from start to finish

It's very good supplier everything perfectly arrived on time.

It is with regard to the above order. I would just like commend your company and the lady with whom I spoke with on the phone before placing my order. It’s not often I feel I have received customer service that requires a thank you and recommendation such as I have recieved form the moment I called your company and was advised on how to place my order and when expected delivery would be.
Obviously I know how to place an online order but the reassurance and understanding I gained form my contact with your customer service representative on the day was exemplary.
Further to this I was kept totally informed of of the delivery courier who also intern sent all the relevant information regarding the delivery.

Fantastic grass, second time using this company always a great experience and service

Awesome service from start to finish, great advice on what grass we should use. Quality and timely delivery. By far the best grass we have seen in the market and at very competitive price.

Placed an order on Saturday for a sample. Confirmed via WhatsApp. A gentleman also called me discuss the order and that they were happy with it. I then was told timescales for the order.
Fast forward and I'm returning a missed call. I never placed her order. The manager wants to argue for 5 minutes on the phone with me. The when I state I'd have to go elsewhere if I have to she hangs up on me. I call back and she literally wants to defend why she hung up. But it's okay now I can still place the order after the past arguing, being hung up on.
Acting like I'm not even a customer of theirs in the first place. But like she said 'customer?! It's freezing anyway ' my response 'if you feel that way start charging that's not on me'. Wasted 15 minutes arguing with a child. Would've rather stuck with the gentleman I initially spoke to. Which she also claims didn't happen.
So my proof of phonecall, WhatsApp order confirmation and date of order to be sent as just all in my head? Just absolutely wow. I don't realise lack of payment for a free sample no longer qualifies as a customer. Just wow. Feel bad for her lovely gentleman id spoken to.

The quality of the product is very good..
Delivered on time when which I was informed of previously.
The delivery driver messaged me the night before and half an hour before his arrival.
On delivery, Ashley was exceptional and helped me place the roll of grass where I wanted it rather than at the door.

*UPDATE* I have been getting regular contact from artificial super grass. They do seem to be trying to sort out my questions and have given me contact details of their supplier...
Their website don't give any specification other than pile height.. I requested more info such as stitch rate / weight / dtex / gauge / material PP or PE / backing, etc.
They have NOT given any of this info.
They have my email & phone number, all i get is txt's from them trying to persuade me to buy their grass. NO CHANCE. Even their samples give no info other than pile height.

I asked Artificial Super Grass for some samples and for an installer to give me a quote. The samples arrived in good time and the choice was between 2 of the 7 they sent me. The installer (Patrick of Union Grass) was very informative and his quote was excellent so we went with him. The grass is amazing and the garden is now a usable space all year round. Very, very happy with our choices.
