I was so excited about receiving what I thought would be a beautiful rucksack for my Bengal cat to take for walks. I received it three weeks late with no emails telling me when it’s gonna be delivered and it’s broken. The plastic rim is completely snapped. It’s utterly useless so I can’t even use it after spending £125 on utter junk. Don’t shop from here it’s tack.

Rip-off!! I wish I could upload photo's. The quality is poor. I think it is dropped shipped from TEMU or AMAZON. Don't spend your money here. Reviews are FAKE.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They are not a legitimate company. They fake reviews, and social media engagement. They are either a legit Canadian outsourcing cheap crap products from China or a Chinese company pretending to be from Canada to give the impression of quality. The bag has arrived poorly packaged, crap materials, scratched globe window, and the globe or grill doesn't even fit on because the flimsy plastic rim is rubbish and doesn't even work. I went to this company and paid a lot of money expecting quality and to avoid Chinese products, and then I ended up with a flipping Chinese product! Where is the quality control and care for customers. I'm sick of these Chinese companies being able to give off the impression they're better than they are by stealing imagery, reviews and then selling knockoffs!

I bought the three in one bag for dog walking. The bag itself is great. But the shoulder strap is flimsy and won't stay adjusted -- the strap just slides through the flimsy buckle as you hike, and is at it's longest length in just a few minutes. And I couldn't get the belt around my waist when it was fully extended, even though I'm only a size 8. I sent four emails asking for help over a week and a half, and did not receive a response. Conclusion: don't trust this brand!

I loved the idea of having all my dog utensils in one bag, a close-at-hand treat bag and a poop bag dispenser wow
BUT after only A WEEK the string of the treat bag completely fell apart.
When going on walks, the ring adjusting the lenght of the shoulder string kept moving, so at the end of the walk, the bag itself was almost at my feet..

They really need the option of zero or negative stars for this company. After waiting the time they state on the website and not receiving anything beside an email to thank me for my trust (huge red flag) I contacted them about the actual status of my order which they don't provide, They proceeded to give me a tracking number that didn't work. They claim my order is in progress but refuse to give me a legitimate tracking number and now they won't respond at all to any email. It's been half a month since I ordered the product and they won't even give me any proof that it's been fulfilled while my money is sitting nice and snug in their pockets. All I asked for was a working tracking number or a refund and I would be just fine, but they chose to just ignore me, so my attorney is going to have fun with this one. Thanks for making a simple solution an unnecessary response but I guess that's just what you get with this company.
***Update****
20 min after posting this review, this company finally contacted me and still would not give me a tracking # and just cancelled my order because I wouldn't accept their small partial refund. So if you're looking for a company inadequate in communication and willing to waste 2 weeks of your time, this is it.

Bag in itself looks good and was functioning, but only to a certain extend. The strips are too stiff and creates too much unwanted movement for the cat when you’re walking. After 6 months the zipper malfunctioned and thus the bag could no longer close properly. The idea is good, but the execution is far off where it could and should be. I recommend you look for a similar product elsewhere.

Good backpack with an abundance of openings for the cat. Mine is most comfortable coming in from the front rather than the top, so I opened it up and put his food inside of it so he'd get used to being inside of it.. By the way, you can save with code "SITEWIDE15"

I am writing to express my serious concern about the safety of one of your products, a large adventure backpack, which I purchased for my beloved pet. Unfortunately, I have found that this product is not safe for animals and I cannot in good conscience recommend it to anyone.

Despite my attempts to reach out to your customer service department, I have yet to receive a response. This lack of communication is extremely disappointing and leaves me with no choice but to believe that your company is not taking my concerns seriously.

I feel obligated to warn others about the dangers of this product and strongly advise against purchasing it. It is my sincere hope that you will take swift action to address this issue and ensure that no other animals are put at risk.

Extremely cheap and poor products.
It’s like a scam product.
Waited lot of time and the cat backpack is very poor quality.

Don’t buy it!!

My sister bought a gift for my husband but he didn't like it. we tried to return but we were told it has been more than three days and not return. Then I tried to convince them to exchange. It took a few days but they said yes to exchange. No return label and we had to pay shipment. I attempted to ship it and shipping was $44 USD. The price of the product was $125. Not a quality product and also no return or exchange option. I wanted to make sure others don't go through the same experience don't buy anything from this company. We lost $125 but trying to make sure no other customer go through this we will continue this on Twitter too

I bought a cat backpack, after 5 times using the waist band it snapped. I contacted the company which they promptly responded. After a few back and fourths they said that they can’t say if the waist band was defective as the product was bought last year. I have had no other issues with the back pack. I only decided to use the waist band as I was having issues with my neck. The product has no warranty and they offered me a 30% but I am not comfortable buying another back pack just in case this happens. Especially with no warranty. My kitty is only 4.5kgs. It was definitely defective.

Bought a backpack for my cat. The bag runs small, I have a 2 kilo cat within the length/size requirements. It will work for now but I was underwhelmed. I watched all the videos, looked at the consumer reports etc. The YouTube videos, well I might have been duped or just got the hopes up too high.

Opening the package, there is a heavy chemical smell. Needed to air it out outside. Tried to zip up everything and one of the d-rings on the tab bent. Easy fix but again, puts one in a bad mood.

For being able to easily take my cat on the train, great. Next time I am gonna buy from the brick and mortar store where I can see the quality I am paying this much money for.

I wish I’d checked this site sooner. I’m waiting for my order from them now and all signs point to low quality scam product. They have a no return/refund policy and I’m trying to get money back but it seems I won’t be able to :(

The marketing was slick and looked amazing but the product that arrived is horrible. Firstly, it stinks, literally. It's made of such cheap plastic that smells toxic - I didn't even want to put my cat in it. I aired it out all night but it still stinks. It's flimsy and the little porthole window on the front doesn't stay in. My cat and little dog can both push their way out instantly.
So glad I didn't have them up on my back or outside.
The whole product is useless as I can't carry my cat in it without him jumping out. I may as well throw it in the bin.

You better not EVER have to return anything. They are a canadian company so it costs $100 to ship ANYTHING back. They have no US return address for returns and they are slllllow to respond at all.

The backpacks are no different than the 50$ Amazon equivalent yet they charge 250$. Poor customer service, basically no returns allowed, and inept shipping practices. REALLY clever marketing though.
All the reviews are magically 5 stars. I should have seen the signs but they got me at the right time. I came into some money and eager for a great cat backpack.
The backpack is very standard material. Very thin padding. Shipped from Hong Kong so it's packed so tight and crushed under other parcels that the backpack is malformed when you get it (and stays that way). They didn't give me the free harness as per their online "deal", and left out my apartment # on the shipping address (customer service basically told me to deal with it myself).
