The Art Group Omdömen 20

Ordered a 30x40 print to fit a particular frame. However, be aware that the 30x40 is not the size of the actual picture. It includes the white band around the print, consequently the actual size of the picture/scene is considerably smaller than 30x40.

The pictures I ordered arrived very quickly and well packed. The frames were good quality too. There was a minor issue with one of the pictures, but this was sorted out in no time, so would not hesitate to highly recommend them!

I received a picture ordered via Very but dispatched by this company the picture took over 2 weeks to arrive from dispatch then it came it was badly framed with black clips having not been properly fitted into the frame when I went to hang it the frame completed disintegrated and literally fell apart. It’s a miracle the glass didn’t shatter everywhere. If the picture had been properly framed this may not have happened. I love the art work but I would never order through this company again having read reviews of other people who have purchased this exact same picture via other companies the exact same thing happened to them. For a £100 picture that’s a disgrace.

I bought a 40 x 50 print by Louise Brown and I am extremely happy with the quality. I have bought prints before through eBay and this would have cost 3 times the amount for the same quality. I bought it after reading other trust-pilot reviews on the Art Group. Excellent, don’t hesitate to order, I’ll be back and will recommend this company.

I received my order today very impressed with the quality. The James Bond posters have all the original cast information at the bottom making them an interesting talking point. My order had a slight error but it was resolved by Graeme as soon as I emailed. Great company I will be buying more soon!

Ordered 10 prints on 31/03/23 which arrived today. Very pleased with all of the items that arrived safe & secure.
Just as expected with 6 prints that exceeded my expectations.
Will look forward to Framing/displaying them soon!

Disappointed. Ordered 30x30 print to fit a mount I had. The entire picture and surround total 30x30 and the actual picture is tiny.expected the picture to be 30x30

My experience has been made great by discovering Jo Grundy the artist but the Art group are fantastic, everything from packaging to the professionalism of everything from start to finish has exceeded our expectations.

We've had a superb experience with The Art Group, and Graeme in particular has been incredibly helpful (and patient!). Highly recommend!

Ordered my first canvas and was a little nervous, but could not be happier. Swift and safe delivery of the item today. Painting looks amazing, it has really lifted my spirits during lockdown. Pictures frames arrived slightly damaged in transit even though they were very well packaged .I wouldn't hesitate to order again The owner was brilliant dealing with it .5 stars because it wasn't their fault and went above and beyond to sort

Excellent first time experience with The Art Group buying 12 pictures and having them all framed. Expertly handled throughout by Graeme who helped me through the ordering process as I wanted something slightly different to what was being offered. He even picked up a mistake I had made when one of the mounts was a different colour to the others. The Pictures arrived without any problems, I am yet to unpack completely and hang, as the space is not ready for them. I will certainly be using them again. Thanks to everyone involved.

This was our first dealing with The Art Group. We searched far and wide for our prints and found exactly what we wanted here. From start to finish the service and professionalism was second to none. Following a very speedy and very well packaged delivery we found a slight anomaly with the colour of one print. This was immediately dealt with and replaced without question or fuss. Very well pleased, and will have no hesitation in using them again.

I was a nightmare customer: fussy, awkward and wanted a frame not in their usual collection but Graeme from Art Group patiently sort it all out.
He was friendly, polite and very efficient.
It all got sorted effortlessly and my picture arrived beautifully packaged and exactly as I wanted it.
Graeme even contacted me to see if it had arrived, was all ok and I was happy with the picture!!
