We had an HAVAC unit installed by them…
We had an HAVAC unit installed by them for $18,000 this includes a $7000 discount which means the unit originally was $25,000and they put the PLENUM on the unit, which is part of the unit it had holes in it & the water came through the ceiling and all down the wall leaving puddles of water on my floor at the end of my stairs. So they came out and put in a bunch of fans to help dry the wall to prevent mold and get this, when they replaced the PLENUN they replaced it with holes in it too one more time isn't that awesome??? What a clown show this company. They installed a defective product and they came out to fix it and installed another defective product. WTF? They're gonna have a bunch of money for repainting and mold and everything else they screwed up what the hell has happened to this company?

I had a new complete HVAC unit…
I had a new complete HVAC unit installed in my home in early June. I was out of the country and another family member was home to approve and observe the installation on my behalf. I returned home the next week and had questions on the installation. I contacted ARS on 6/18/26 to review the installation with someone. Today is 8/19/26 and despite multiple calls to ARS customer service this review of the work that was done has yet to occur.

Poor customer service.
I got an air scrubber installed at the time I bought my new HVAC unit, 3 years ago, last year the ARS TECH came for the yearly tune up and told me the bulb was out, I paid $350.00 to have it replaced but I noticed that air scrubber was not working, a few weeks ago another tech came for a tune up and told me everything was working fine including the air scrubber, I have an ELITE PRO SERVICE MEMBERSHIP WITH ARS, I got another company to take a look and I was informed that the AIR SCRUBBER was not working.
I have made many calls to ARS and I am always told that a manager will call me back but they never do.

Installed NEW HVAC system in April 1st…
Installed NEW HVAC system in April 1st 2026. June broke down went 4 days with no air. fixed it and 2 weeks later it broke down AGAIN same part waited 7 days to be fixed!! Have not done what was promised when I bought the unit!!! And are still refusing to do it!!! Would not use again!!!
