Dave St. John did a great job of selling us the stair lift and Zack did a wonderful job of installing the lift and going over the operation of it to my wife and me!

Hi Charles,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Your concerns are very serious to us. We do our best to provide the quickest service possible, though we may be delayed while waiting for an ordered part, or if additional issues are discovered during initial repairs (as was the case in your scenario). We sincerely apologize for the unusually long delay and truly appreciated your patience during the period between notifying us of the issue and the stair lift being fully repaired. We hope you give us the opportunity to impress you with our service in the future. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns so we can help resolve them.
Best,
The Arrow Lift Team
