Superb customer service
Superb customer service! I had some PayPal complications (PayPal's fault not the store) but when I called the store they were extremely helpful, the item was dispatched the same day and I received it the next day.

Jamieson's Shetland wool jumper
I ordered a Jamieson's Shetland wool jumper and was impressed that Nomad took the trouble to phone me before dispatch to check I had noticed the advice on their website to go up a size, as this particular knitwear manufacturer's sizing was slightly smaller than other makers. I had, but it was good of Nomad to check.
My order arrived the next day and I was really pleased with the quality of the jumper.
