I ordered two cards and was charged for 2 deliveries but when I contacted Arrow Gift they agreed to kindly refund me £1.80 postage as cards being sent in one delivery. It shows how nice these people are! I have also been messaged by them just confirming my order. I have no doubt this is a good company to buy your special cards from.

Ordered a gift on 10th December with an estimated delivery 18th December. Still not received 17 days later. 2 automated emails tell me its probably Royal Mails fault but tracking shows RM haven't received the item from Arrow. No communication from Arrow. Most disappointed!! I get that its Christmas and everyone is super busy but if you can't honour a purchase don't offer it for sale!

I’ve ordered a card 2 mugs and 2 coasters. All turned up straight away. ( mugs and coasters next day which is unbelievable when they’re personalised). Great quality will definitely be ordering again.

Best online card shop I’ve found. I think this is my third (maybe fourth) year buying from them. The cards are super funny (my personal favourite breed of card😜) and the selection is so wide I can buy for my whole family in one go😍 And they’re packaged so well that not even our postie shoving them through the letterbox will harm them-yay!!

Arrow Gift company were amazing from start to finish. I wanted to buy some gifts in bulk for my department and they were super quick to respond to my emails and helped me through the ordering process. The coasters arrived very promptly and were of fantastic quality. Even the packaging was excellent! I cannot rate them highly enough.

Arrow gift company responded to any questions quickly. Although ordering personalised bottle labels, they were also able to offer a bespoke service by making a change to the standard section of printing too. Very efficient turn round, order received within two days of ordering.

Amazing service from Team Arrow. I ordered some cards over the weekend however needed these within a few days. I contacted Team Arrow to ask whether these could be sent sooner and I would be happy to pay for postage. Team Arrow refused extra payment, they were very happy to accommodate and the cards arrived the next day! Fantastic service thank you!
