Scam
Very disappointing experience. The website showed me a price of around €20, but when the payment was actually processed, I was charged around $80.
In addition, a subscription or recurring payment was apparently activated, which was not sufficiently clear to me during the checkout process. I have since cancelled the subscription.
What I find particularly problematic is that I then tried to request a refund. However, the refund form on the website does not work properly, and I am unable to complete the request. I have also contacted them by email but have not received any response so far.

On 2nd September i attempted to purchase an eta for my son on arrivalcardonline.com to travel to the UK. my credit card was charged 129.99 without receiving an email confirmation and without receiving the eta. i complained through their website but another $49.99 was charged on 10th September. i have not received even the courtesy of a response. i wrote to the them again seeking a refund and cancellation of services. I want my money back and for any further payments to stop? This is very frustrating and I hate being taken advantage of. This is disgustingly. I am going to make a criminal complaint if I do not hear anything further.

I congratulate you on your smart tactics: all I wanted was an EDcard for a short vacation in Curacao, and filled in a digital form for that, not knowing I was doing that via a middleman (jssvisa) that cost me $30 extra (my husband didn't get into this trap, so I know I paid too much) PLUS an unwanted subscription to your OneClubVIP for $50/month, which I found out AFTER I paid, with this cunning message hidden in the small print under the 'confirm button':
"Our VIP membership begins with a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, the membership continues at $49.99/month. You can cancel anytime from your member dashboard with one click—no questions asked.
By confirming, you agree to our terms and conditions. Your application will be processed and your VIP travel membership will be activated."
There was no way to confirm my already paid-for EDcard application without getting this unwanted membership.
Wow.
So confirmed, and immediately afterwards logged into the membership page of OneClubVIP, unsubscribed my membership within 15 minutes after being bamboozled into a subscription. Which was NOT one click at all, and many questions asked.

That said, if the cancellation process was not as straightforward as it should be, that is something we do want to review, as it isn't how it's meant to work.

Money and data theft ( SCAM!)
Hello, this website is a scam. Usually when you have some travel regulatory forms to fill ( for example: Air Suvidha for India international arrivals or eVisa , etc etc) the airlines during check-in or boarding will stop you to fill the forms online before they allow you to board or exit at arrivals ( depends on location ) . During these travel stressfully time when you google the form ( if you don't have access to official links) you will probably have the first website appeared on your search list by these arrival card online and they mask their sites to look like official government issued documents or whatever, they collect your personal details like passport numbers and other sensitive data and prompt a payment gateway page to finish filling your form or to access the documents. In emergency or stressfully situation you will end up paying this and getting scammed, please be aware of these scammers. Not only do they steal your money, they steal your very sensitive data and this will enable them to access your banks or other sensitive services. For any travel regulatory services please go to government sites, don't fall prey to this company scams.

Horrible and disgraceful scam
I ordered the express handling of one hour.
After two hours nothing happened so I applied via uk government site instead. They charge a third of what this scamsite charges and it was fixed withing 5 minutes.
When i try to file a refund complaint the site will not allow me. Saying its due to an error. All other support topics works fine tho. Disgusting scam
