Merhaba, 21.12.2023 tarihin Göz üstü operasyonu oldum. Korktuğum gibi değildi çok güzel bir operasyon oldu. Herhan gibi acı ağrı olmadı. Gökhan bey tanıdıktan sonra tüm korkum gitti. Herşeyden çok memnun kaldım Mithat beyinde desteği ile herşey mükemmeldi. Ameliyat olmak isteyenler gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebilirim.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem ganzen Ablauf und dem erzielten Ergebnis. Nun habe ich meine Traum-Nase.
Organisatorisch war alles super passend, wie es mir versprochen wurde. Es wurde alles (Hotelaufenthalt, Operation, Klinikaufenthalt) durch meinen Ansprechpartner Alexey organisiert.

Die Abholungen vom Flughafen und jedesmal vom Hotel wurden zeitlich perfekt gehalten.

Der Klinikaufenthalt war sehr angenehm und ich habe mich sehr sicher beim Dr. Akif Yildirim gefühlt. Er hat meine Wünsche verstanden und diese auch bei der Operation angewendet.
Da ich die türkische Sprache beherrschte, war die Kommunikation einwandfrei und ich konnte ohne zu zögern alles fragen.
Dabei war auch ein Dolmetscher der zur Hilfe stand bei uns und hat noch weitere Informationen übermittelt.
Meine Fragen wurden auch ausführlich und sicher vom Dr. Akif Yildirim und auch vom apranu Team beantwortet.

Nach der Operation war der Dr. Yildirim wieder kurz bei mir. Und hat uns die erfolgreiche Operation bestätigt.
Die Krankenschwestern waren auch immer da und haben in der ersten Nacht sehr geholfen.
Ich fühlte mich sehr aufgehoben beim Arzt und auch in der Klinik.

Ab dem zweiten Tag im Hotelaufenthalt kam es leider zu einer kleinen gesundheitlichen Komplikation mitten in der Nacht.
Leider war von der Klinik niemand erreichbar.
Von meiner Seite aus konnte ich mich durch die Komplikation nicht selbst melden.
Das Hotel und auch meine Begleitperson haben versucht in der Nacht die Klinik bzw. auch meine Ansprechpartner zu erreichen. Leider ohne Erfolg.

Auch wurde die Information nicht dem Dr. Akif Yildirim weitergegeben, was mich etwas schockiert hatte.

Dr. Akif Yildirim ist in seinem Handwerk sehr sicher und macht einen ausgezeichneten Job.
Das Vertrauen hatte er vollständig ab dem ersten Tag gewonnen.
Nach 5 Tagen kam es zum Kontrolltermin. Dabei war weiterhin eine Dolmetscherin zur Hilfe da.
Er hat sich auch genug Zeit gelassen für die Untersuchung und die Reinigung. Auch wurde die nachfolgende Selbstversorgung, die ich machen muss sehr gut erklärt.

Post Operative Beraterin Bahar steht jetzt noch in Kontakt mit mir. Bei Fragen oder auch Informationen ist sie rund um die Uhr erreichbar. Ich bin sehr froh über ihre nette Beratung.

Mit dem Ergebnis bin ich jetzt schon sehr zufrieden und bin sehr glücklich und froh mit meiner Entscheidung beim Dr. Akif Yildirim die Operation durchgeführt zu haben.
Ohne Sorgen und Problemen konnte ich wieder nach Hause.
Ich danke herzlichst nochmal für die Unterstützung, für die Arbeit vom Dr. Akif Yildirim und die gute Zusammenarbeit.

I am beyond happy by my experience with the team of Arpanu Medical! The while staff was looking after me all the time, day and night, and were always in touch with me and answered all my questions. Even now, over a month after my rhinoplasty, Mohamet, John and Daria keep in touch with me and are always there for me. I recently had rhinoplasty done with Dr Gokhan Mersinlioglu and with the company Arpanu Medical. The doctor was absolutely amazing, he gave me exactly the nose i described and reassured me i will be ok! The after care was amazing the nurses constantly checked on me to make sure i am ok and was very friendly!! Once i was discharged i received a message from Mohamed who is the post operation consultant. He is amazing in answering all my questions and worries! Amazing service from everybody. Ich kann sagen die fünf Sterne sind verdient, tolles Team, super Krankenhaus, schnelle und vollkommen unkomplizierte Operation, nach zwei Tage adjeu Krankenhaus - einfach Wahnsinn! Vielen Dank an Dr. Ceyhun Aydogan, Dietitian, Bahar und die Krankenschwester im Hotel für die tolle Organisation.

Just a quick summary that I had previously had liposuction on my abs several years ago, with different surgeons, all under local anesthesia. The results had been just okay, and because of that, I was also under the impression I needed a tummy tuck based on previous consultations as to why I still had a somewhat fatty, flabby stomach. So that is what I originally had made an online appointment with Arpanu Medical to discuss, and the Dr. basically said I didn't need a tummy tuck, thankfully, just more aggressive lipo, this time under general anesthesia. He mentioned how amazing I would look, which sounded great, so I moved forward with it.

The morning after the procedure, I immediately saw results, even with all the swelling. I will say the days following the procedure are definitely difficult. My Dr described it as recovering from being hit with a bat, I'd say that is accurate, otherwise just extremely extremely sore in the stomach and back area, and it was very hard to move around for the first few days. However, I stuck to the post care and in about 3-4 few weeks I felt well enough to start working out again, and even went on vacation, and things continued to improve from there.

Once I no longer had to wear the post op ab garment, that's when I truly noticed how much better I look, especially in tighter fitting clothes. My stomach no longer bulges over skirts/pants and I also have a much more defined waist, so of course I have been wearing more body con/fitted clothing to show this off! I am truly amazed by the results, and just wanted to thank Arpanu Medical.

A un mes de mi cirugía bariatrica con el Dr. Ceyhun Aydoğan, encantada con los resultados conseguidos en tan poco tiempo, feliz de mi decisión. Un trato magnífico por parte de cada uno, Haki, las dietistas Selvi y Doğa han sido fundamentales en este proceso, gracias por la atención recibida, fue un placer conocerlos, un lugar que sin duda recomendaría a ojos cerrados.

What pleases me most is the after care I receive from Dr Muhammed and Dietitian Selvi following my bariatric surgery. They often check up on me and are very prompt in responses to my concerns.

Mich hat die Zivile von Moment an begleitet wo ich mit meinem Bruder im Flughafen Istanbul angekommen sind.
Ein Auto hat uns vom Flughafen abholen und am nächsten Tag ging es um 8:30 Uhr los.
Wir würden pünktlich zum Krankenhaus gefahren und im Krankenhaus würden wir von der Nisa (Übersetzerin) begleitet.

Mit der Nisa habe wir alles organisatorische erledigt.... alle Formulare ausgefüllt und danach würden wir vom Arzt aufgeklärt.

Leider mussten wir den Eingriff auf ein Tag danach verschieben, weil ich leider etwas gegessen und getrunken habe.

Am nächsten Morgen würden wir um 8 Uhr abgeholt und wir und den bis zum Schluss von dem Herrn Mithat begleitet.
Im Krankenhaus würden wir ein zweites Mal aufgeklärt und wurden danach im Operaum begleitet.
Der Eingriff hat 15 Minuten gedauert und war unter Anästhesie (ich habe nichts gespürt!)
Nach dem Eingriff habe ich ein Rezept bekommen und in Begleitung von meinem Bruder und Mithat habe ich 30-40 Minuten gewartet bis mein Schwindelgefühl verflogen ist.
Es war eine gute Erfahrung.

Mijn ervaring met Dr. Serhan Derin en de team is zeer goed af gelopen.
Dr. Serhan Derin heeft heel goed werk geleverd en ik ben blij met de resultaten ook gaf hij eerlijk zijn mening over alles. Hij beantwoordde ook elke vraag die ik had.
Alles werd super goed geregeld vanaf het
begin tot het einde hotel chauffeur etc. Assistent Ferit, legde alles super duidelijk uit over het gehele proces van de operatie. Tijdens het hele verblijf werd er super goed gezorgd voor me door de verpleegkundige.
Het was een warme binnenkomst, ik had gelijk het vertrouwen dat er werd geluisterd naar mij. Het ziekenhuis was super comfortabel, hygiënisch, netjes en gastvrij.
Ik had regelmatig contact met een van zijn assistentes, Bahar, die heel aardig was en al mijn vragen beantwoordde en me geruststelde als ik problemen of zorgen had.
Als ik overige vragen had, kon ik altijd de vraag leggen bij assistente Burak.
Ze hebben me beide heel goed geholpen.
Ik bedank, Dr Serhan Derin en het team voor alle hulp!

I have contacted Arpanu medical team in April 2023 to book Liposuction BBL for October with Prof.Dr.ilker Yazıcı.
Zivile was my contact from day one to this day, she is brilliant communicator and organiser. I have nothing but nice things to say about my whole experience. Dr Ilker is the most talented plastic surgeon in Turkey 100%.
The best decision I have made to go with Dr Ilker as I have made my research and made a decision to chiose Dr Ilker from several doctors.
I was so glad that I have choose Dr Ilker as I had a issue immediately after my surgery and how Dr Ilker and his team looked after me and dealt with the complications made me realise how important that you have a good Dr and medical facilities available for you post surgery.
