And yet again, another garbage response. 6 weeks with no update on shipping. All I hear from you is canned responses and delays.

I will not use your "service" again.

I purchased a fan from these people, the website said that stock was available so I arranged the bank deposit. After the purchase I got a message to say there was no stock and I could get something else or a refund. I opted for the refund and was told the refund would take 2 to 5 business days. It is now over 3 weeks later and no refund has been received and there has been zero reply to my weekly emails. TERRIBLE SERVICE do not buy from these people.

This company should be de-registered. My order number #5763 placed on November 15 2021 $636.00 for Outdoor furniture has not been fulfilled. I have phoned and emailed but no response. Currently have fraud action through my bank. This is beyond belief. Scamming filth.

SCAM web, everyone have the same issue. Ordered-paid-no stock- no refund.

Scam Company- do not order from them! Only accept bank transfer. That should have been warning sign. Ordered Inflatable Santa on 10 December 2020. Order was successfully cancelled. Rcd couple of emails & text msg advising refund approved & paid. Paid where? Not in my account. Then asked to provide account details & NO further response! Their phone no says "mailbox is full"! No way to contact them. Google needs to shut them down!

Still waiting for some correspondence in relation to my order #6183 that was placed late November, you have not communicated since 13th Dec when you said it was shipped, 3 weeks later still nothing I want my money back now and I have requested this several times.

So what is it a refund or has it been shipped, you sent my wife a shipping notification and a tracking number 4 days ago mind you it has not updated, so please excuse me if I don't believe a word that you are saying it been almost 2 months since we ordered the goods and we have seen nothing and you have our money absolutely a shambles you should not be allowed to run a business hopefully all the complaints to the ACCC and AFP bear weight and you get shut down, if you cannot supply items as you have no stock you should not be taking peoples hard earned money its absolutely FUBAR.

So what is happening are you refunding our money have not seen anything as yet and zero correspondence 18/1/22

I have ordered a Devanti 4L airfryer on 12 December but haven't received any update of dispatch nor any tracking number. I have tried to contact aromadonna by email/contact form/phone but nothing worked and nobody replied, I am asking not much but just either send me the product or refund my money. Kindly do not scam people. I was also disappointed by reading reviews on the other websites about them, although their own website has exceptional reviews, don't know if they r fake

I purchased a cooktop for $226 in September 21 , never received the item , have never received a refund, they won’t answer the contact number , won’t answer emails.. this is so unfair

By the reviews I am not the only one waiting on a reply... or the item I purchased. I ordered something over a week ago for a Christmas gift and I haven't received any info that it's even been sent. I've emailed requesting an update and still nothing. I've now emailed wanting a refund as I'll need to buy something elsewhere in time for the day. If you see my review my order number is 6472 and I'd appreciate just the full refund please. I understand it's a busy time of year but when you say it'll be shipped in 2-5 business days people are trusting that info.

Company has no Christmas stocks but only putting there to scam buyers. Phone number doesn’t ring and only for messages!!! Takes 1-2 weeks to reply your emails. Basically holding your money and not sending the product. Zoe who will contact you via SMS is there to assist with the scam. Don’t order from this place.

Order 5291, no shipping information received after a month. Asked for a refund. No refund received after another month. No response from any queries for over two weeks now.

I did send an email via the website and also have not received a response.

Fast delivery and even included samples . Definitely a go-to got all your cologne and perfume needs .

I am still waiting for a refund for order 5545 after 10 business days of requesting for a refund. The product never arrived and upon following up on its whereabouts I was told that it had been placed on back order despite the website saying it was available. I have since requested for a refund and followed up multiple times about the refund but am yet to receive it. Could you please process my refund as soon as possible. This has dragged on for a month! Unfortunately this does make the whole thing seem like a scam.
