Fraud virtual online company. My Mother placed an order June 2, 2024, order #, credit card charged. No phone # to call, only email. No reply. SAME AS OTHERS - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ONLINE SHOP

I have ordered from them countless times, but my last order placed early July 2024 is turning into a scam. This company spams with sale offer emails but clearly can’t fulfill orders to begin with as it’s now mid August 2024 and while I was charged immediately for the order I haven’t gotten a single thing about status and have had 5 messages to the company for order status ignored. Never again

I have placed orders in the past and received my orders. That all changed when I placed an order for $80 worth of shirts the 3th of June and have never received anything. Sent 3 emails with no response. Please do not give your money to them because they are a fraud now!

I can't believe all the reviews for the once great company about orders not being shipped. But I am now among the rest of customers who have been fleeced. I placed an order on July 5th and got a confirmation. That is it. They took my money but never shipped anything. And I have tried several attempts to reach out and got no response. So disappointed as I have purchased from them in the past and loved their products! What a freaking scam that they are still allowed to be in business. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM!!

Ordered from them in the past. Was very happy and love the cause. However; just like many others on here, I placed an order on 6/24 and received a confirmation. Nothing else. Contacted support twice. No response. $67 stolen.

No items received... definitely a scam. Ordered in the past with no issue - now, crickets. Zero customer service response. Just raking in the money. Credit card dispute incoming.

They charged me immediately but didn't ever ship my $45 order and will not respond to my attempts to contact them. I ordered from this company prior to this year and didn't have an issue. Not sure what changed, but this company is a complete scam now. So infuriating!

Like so many others, I never received my order and the company refuses to reply to any of my inquiries. Total scam.

Ordered 2+ months ago. No response to inquiry. No social media response. Amex reversed the charges for me. That is why you should only use Amex.

I have ordered in the past and no issues. Upon issues, customer service was able to respond and fix the issues. I placed a large order for my husbands birthday as he loved his other shirt. The order is still unfulfilled from June 2nd! No response. No present. I will unfortunately have to open a claim. I am still receiving emails of deals and discounts for the site. The site needs to be flagged an shut down. It seems as if others are having issues with orders also!!! Why accept orders then?!

Do not order. You’ll never receive your product. You’ll never hear from customer support. You’ll never get a refund.

They used to be great. I've been waiting a month and every message ignored. I will never order from then again.

Oh I'm glad I'm not the only one being ignored by them. Had made a couple prior purchases but for the order I placed in may 2024 I never received any shipping info. Filled out their stupid unresponsive contact us 3x. Guess it's time to call credit card company to dispute the charge.

I ordered my items over a month ago. About 2 weeks in (supposed to ship within 10 business days) I reached out via the "contact us" form on their website asking for an update about my order. It states, "2-3 business days" to respond, but that "don't worry, we will respond." I never heard anything, so I filled it out again a week later. I then tried to direct message them on Facebook as well. They took over $40 of mine, but I can't get a hold of anyone there to give me an answer. At this point I think they just straight up stole my money!

Would also give a zero - once were a decent company but have had same experience as others here.

Sad - they were a good cause.

This used to be a legitimate company, but since November of 2023 they have been a complete scam. The run sales every two weeks and never fulfill orders. Don't believe me, check their Facebook page. My wife made an order in November of last year and I did one in the beginning of May 2024. Neither have been fulfilled. They never answer emails and removed the alternative forms of contact that they used to have posted on their website. Someone needs to start a class action lawsuit or something. Maybe the owners got strung out on drugs or whatever? I don't care. I was supporting what I believed was a good cause. I've ordered shirts from them every six months or so, for the last four years. This is a slap in the face. If they spent as much effort into fulfilling their orders as they do updating their website, then maybe this wouldn't have happened. I don't know. Had I not seen that this was happening to everyone since Christmas, I wouldn't have left this review, but this is crazy.

I placed an order in Dec 2023, it is now May 28, 2024 - after multiple attempts to inquire on my order, I've yet to receive a response. They've charged my cc - I have no recourse. Very disappointed.

Can I give them a zero?

I ordered a shirt in November. It was never sent or refunded. They refuse to answer emails and I reported them to my state Attorney General who also can’t reach them.

Do not buy from them!

This a scam company. They will steal your money and never communicate with you again. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They owe me $46.
