I had searched Arms list for several years and bought 3 items over the years but the last two years the scammers have gotten so bad. About a month ago a person I had contacted over a year ago about a gun asked if I was still interested said yes what FFL he claimed he does it himself I said only deal shipped through FFL big surprise ghosted. The whole sight is just disgusting and slimy witch is ashame when it started it was good site now it deservers a Big Swirly.

Armslist has taken a downward spiral and is now worthless to me. The $7 per month subscription fee is pretty useless since it appears most of the ads are from commercial entities anyway. Blurring private party information just turns me off. I won’t use it any more.

Pathetic site. It never was great but seems to have become worse and buyers now have to pay $7.00 a month to just make contact with sellers! Then there are the scams, many of which are blatantly obvious, that are allowed even after Armslist has been notified. And then there is the proliferation of Armslist chumps who will contact you, request more photos, negotiate the price to a point of agreement then drop the deal or arrange a meet then not show up. Some of these a$$-holes have no life apparently and get their kicks toying with sellers. And we have to pay for all this now, to belong to the exclusive Armlist club and suffer the abuses. I am done with Armslist.

The recent blur feature in addition to making zero effort to eliminate scams makes Armslist.com absolutely worthless.

This once free site now provides an inferior service that charges every step of the way. What person to person private online marketplace charges not only the sellers but the buyers as well? I had a tough enough time finding a buyer when it was free, now it’s impossible because no buyer is dumb enough to pay even to view a listing, ask a question, make an offer, or buy an item. Scammers are worse than ever and the user interface is a joke. I also refuse to to pay a service fee to look at terrible ads that take up most of the page. What a terrible website…

Armslist worked before charging to use the website. Yes, you had to be careful but I bought numerous items being careful. Now they want a monthly charge. A percentage of sale ok. But not a never ending fee. Users put their contact info on the add so anyone could call them. Now armslist blurs the text unless you log in. Meaning you pay a monthly, never ending fee. Very poor business plan. Goodbye armslist. Gunbroker is more fair

The concept is great but you won't find a decently priced firearm on the site. Majority of listings are from private sellers who have sentimental value on their firearms. Basically you can expect to pay new gun prices or more for a used firearm. Only go to armslist if it's your only option to find a must have firearm.

Its full of scams. The same person makes the same format of the same listing for 50 different guns and its all lame scams that seem to be run by children or foreigners. They don’t understand the pricing or purchase process. Its just clear from simply looking at the listings that they are scams and they don’t remove them. They are reported and they don’t remove them. People make listings just to warn others of the obvious scams they won’t take down. I just unsubscribed because I looked at three scams and couldn’t find any legitimate guns. Furthermore its $6 and you still have look at a million gross stupid low budget ads for scams and click bait. These people would be a good target for a lawsuit or criminal investigation. Someone shut them down. Its a bevy of theives!

The most stupid "business model" ever. Cannot contact a seller unless I pay their monthly fee?? LOL - what a joke. It is time that they get out of business and make room for somebody less greedy and stupid.
There is zero support from them and reports of scam listings still get ignored.

Site is a joke. Its a national sales platform but a majority of the people using it only facilitate local sales. Use gun broker.com must better platform and way better sellers.

Paid for subscription and not a word since requested several times to activate my account but nothing I've used armslist since its beginning and it used to be great now it's looking like a scam type of deal I want my subscription canceled and not charged monthly for a service I can't use maybe BBB or legal action

Used to be a very good site now the new update is complete garbage can't find anything with the new search engine and from what I'm seeing from everyone else it's not a good place to search anymore disappointing.

This site is being used to gather information on gun owners. Be aware, do not sign up on this platform, they do not delete account information. There is no way to cancel or delete your account once you create it.

This site is GARBAGE. Did the monthly plan. Now I'm locked out of the account because their phone verification system is broken. Doesn't send out validation pin and you're simply out of luck because they have ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. But they'll keep charging that card!! F armslist. Do not use. Do not list. Trash company. Trash site.

I have used Armslist a few times over the past years. Just tried to log on to see if I could get ahold of something and now they are wanting a 6.99 a month fee because of their bs reasons. Paying for the chance of someone POSSIBLY selling me something? No. Either way good riddance, they were starting to pout their right wing trump rhetoric anyways.

DO NOT take a subscription! We did and it was fine. But for the last 2 months I have emailed (since there's no phone number) to cancel our subscription. They have yet to do it, plus they have charged us a $25.00 late fee the last 2 times! They have not responded to any emails! This is fraudulent activity due to them being told to NOT charge us and cancel! So that's $28.99 a month (the last 2 months). I have demanded both months back in full! I get nothing, no email, no nothing!!! Also it's odd they don't have a phone number!!! I'm taking the next steps to get my money back! I'm turning it over to BBB as well!

Create an account for 3.99...Nope I will just call those who have numbers in their description from now on...Lost my business as a seller.

I was thinking that they were good way to post items for sale.Then when I could not access my account anymore due to code they sent to my house phone.I do not have cell phone.I have sent many emails explaing my issue.No reply at all.I took my posts off and they are still billing me.Bank wants $25 to stop.Very sad.There is no phone number at all to call them.

Armslist USED to be FAIR, HONEST and a viable platform. I think one of Bidens cronies has bought it...it no longer is a safe, honest or viable platform!! I could, could...even potentially see them accounting for all on it to be looked into. AVOID if possible!!!

I have attempted to communicate numerous times and no reply. No phone listed that tells me to avoid at all cost ( a major oversight on my end ). They have contracted out a service Co. Sage Solutions to collect their monthly fees. I will not do any business through Armslist again. I had to initiate a stop pymt. through my bank at my cost.
