ARMCANDY BAG CO Omdömen

Très professionnelle et réactif. J'ai eu mon sac en moins d'une semaine habitant sur Paris. J'ai communiqué via Instagram et j'ai toujours eu une réponse, vraiment très bien 👍

I have just bought my first bag from Armcandy Bag Co. A great experience. The videos are so helpful and the staff responded very quickly to my request for some photos of the bag which made my mind up! My bag arrived a day after I placed the order which I was not expecting and with a lovely note and some chocs! I am delighted with my bag - thank you.

What a brilliant company. I’ve had bad experiences in the past buying pre loved - but this purchase from armcandy restored my faith in the preloved market/ business. Not only did they expedite my delivery as I was going away, they were super quick in responding and the bag arrived in amazing condition even than expected! It even arrived with a personalised note and box of chocolates. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you for your wonderful customer service, especially Minnie-Ella and Tamara. 💕

Wow, ordered my first bag from Arm Candy and it definitely won’t be the last. Fantastic service. Bag is beautiful. Arrived quickly. Packaged so well and a lovely hand written note and some chocolate. What absolutely amazing service.

I have purchased two gorgeous bags and sold one with Armcandy and, every step has delivered a great customer experience! A friendly team who I trust to be honest and to ensure the right touch of what makes you feel good about doing business with them. Thank you Armcandy.

Brilliant experience - from the videos that show the bags in great detail to the fast responses; so friendly and helpful, it has been a pleasure to buy two bags….so far….highly recommend!!

I received my beautiful Loewe Puzzle Bag today! She arrived quickly to the States! I’ve made several purchases from Armcandy Bag Co., and each one was perfect! This bag is amazing! It looks flawless! I appreciate the hand written notes that are included with each of my purchases too. This company is wonderful to deal with!!

Fantastic customer service - I brought a bag for my wife who on receipt was not too keen on the colour and so I contacted them and they were so helpful and arranged a refund very quickly once the bag had been received back by them. Superb company to deal with - the bag was in great condition and better than described only the colour was not to the wife’s taste. Tamara was incredibly polite keeping us updated with super friendly emails - I would highly recommend this company!

Great experience.
Armcandy responded quickly to all my questions, and my bag was posted immediately.
The bag is as described, and I love it!

I couldn’t believe how easy it was to sell 2 of my handbags with armcandyco. All the staff I dealt with were very professional and there had been no pressure at all to price drop in order to achieve a quick sale. A big thank you to Tamara and Izzy and you will absolutely be my go to if I am looking to sell any more handbags in the future.

I have just sold my first bag with Armcandy and cannot rate them highly enough. Tamara is very passionate and this shows in her friendly and upbeat communication style. The video’s are great and work so much better than photos and my bag was sold within 48hrs of going live. I got the price I wanted and none of the hassle which comes with selling yourself via eBay! Definitely worth the fee.

Great experience.
Armcandy responded quickly to all my questions, and my bag was posted immediately.

Wonderful experience selling my bag with armcandy, easy to follow instructions and Tamara and the rest of the team were really friendly and helpful

My 1st purchase with Armcandy - an Aspinal Bag - OMG they are amazing - other retailers would do well to study them. Not only was the bag shown on line there was a video whereby every inch of the bag was described. The bag is pre loved so l expected some flaws. Honestly the flaws are miniscule/insignificant but were still pointed out in the video.
The order was placed late on Saturday and arrived Tuesday really well boxed with a charming thank you note and a 'chocolate treat'
Whats not to like - l would buy again from them without hesitation!

My messages were immediately answered with friendly honest replies
I received my package today. Absolutely delighted. Well packaged, with a lovely handwritten note of thanks. And a box of chocolates. A really lovely little touch. Made it feel so personal and special.
I will definitely buy from Armcandy again. And would recommend to Family and Friends thanks again Dawn

Tamara at Armcandy dealt with my enquiry really quickly, unlike other outlets I had approached, which made me wait for days/weeks.

Armcandy are a 5 star service for both buying and selling luxury bags and accessories. I’ve sold lots with Armcandy and they make it so easy and pay quickly.
I literally just purchased a Gucci purse and it came in such super quick time, I couldn’t believe it when I got the notification from Royal mail that it had been delivered when I only bought it the day before.(Wowsers on the service)it’s absolutely gorgeous. I love it!!
It was exactly as described and
It’s in perfect condition plus a lot bigger than I was expecting so I feel I’ve really dropped on with a super bargain .
I even got choccies too 🤪
Always the best service for buying and selling so a big thank you to Armcandy!

I just wanted to say what a fantastic service I received from Tamara and her team.
I am relatively new to buying from a pre-loved website, but my experience was perfect from start to finish .
I liaised via e-mail prior to my purchase and received prompt and friendly replies.
I ordered my bag on a Thursday evening and it was in the post Friday and delivered the next day.
It was to be a Christmas present, so my husband opened the outer box ,to find a lovely handwritten message and a small box of chocolates.
On opening my present, I found it was as it would have been originally purchased with the ribbon wrapped around the box.
Even my husband , who has no interest in bags at all and thinks I have far too many already, was impressed with the packaging and the condition of the bag. I t looks brand new.
I want to thank Armcandy , for their attention to detail and personal touches.
I absolutely love my Gucci bag.

Thank you Tamara and the team for looking after the sale of my bag. The whole experience from start to finish has been smooth and sleek, made even better by your enthusiasm for what you do!
