Just had our boiler serviced for the 2nd year. From initial boiler and radiator fitting to services and excellent, efficient communication, we couldn’t be happier with the Arlow teams work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services.

Great plumbing and heating company. After ten years of being in our new build home the gas boiler finally died. Contacted Arlow who came out and did what they could to fix. Excellent advice given by the service engineers at the time. Recommended a Bosch boiler with a Hive thermostat. All delivered and fitted within a week. The Arlow team have always been courteous and professional, always keep their appointment time and always make sure their work area is clean and tidy when they leave. More importantly, the service engineers don't bamboozle you with science - always explaining what and why they're doing work. I have now switched to their monthly payment scheme. This provides you with peace of mind for a relatively small monthly payment and a free boiler and hot water tank service every year. I would never go back to British Gas or use their services. Can't recommend Arlow highly enough.

We had a new combi boiler fitted. We had two radiators that hadn’t heated up for two years, a well know company couldn’t fix it but I was over the moon as Arlow fixed them , it was so lovely and cosy to have heat at last, couldn’t thank them enough.
They turned up the date they said and was very tidy and friendly. I thought they were slightly more expensive but I would rather that, to know we were safe with gas and find a reliable, efficient, trustworthy company. So thank you to a brilliant team as now we are warmer and more efficient. Also we took out your cover plan for a service every year.

Steve came to our flat to install a new tap for our kitchen sink and to carry out a service on our gas fire in the lounge.

As usual he arrived on time, completed all the work, did not leave until he was totally satisfied that we were happy about the work he had carried out. In addition he offered to dispose of our old tap.

The quality of work carried out by Tom and his people far exceeds anything we have experienced over 50 years in owning properties.

Don't look elsewhere these are the best around.

Words cannot express how helpful this company is, from the phone call to the work. They take time to explain what they've done and how to alter it, if needs be. Arrived on time. Did all the jobs that had to be done, plus I am sure more into the bargain.
I can't paise them enough. So much nicer than British Gas who got the order of the boot 2 years ago. They really are amazing and can cope with a yappy dog. Thank you for your service.

Annual boiler service was carried out as arranged and the service engineer was very efficient, personable and professional. Not only was the boiler serviced but all the radiators were checked for effectiveness so we have a lovely warm house!

We have just had a new combi boiler put in by Tom and his team. I must say what a brilliant, professional job they have done. Very friendly, reliable guys who are lovely, caring and tidy.
We had 2 radiators in bedrooms that haven’t worked for 2+ years. We belonged to another well known supplier care plan and they could not fix it. But Arlows have come here and fixed it just like that, I am over the moon at last we have heat all over the house.
