This lot should get into trouble they are scum and entered a contract with clarion housing association. About 5/6 years ago ark pest control placed 6 bait stations out the back of a block of flats 4 years ago right beside woodland and to this day are still there this isn't allowed I googled and pasted this ---Outdoor Restrictions: Second-generation anticoagulant rodenticides (SGARs) cannot be used in open fields or unattached outdoor areas. They can only be placed adjacent to buildings.No Permanent Baiting: Routine, long-term "permanent" baiting around the exterior of buildings is generally banned unless there is a justifiable, immediate threat to human or animal health.Strict Monitoring: Technicians are legally required to regularly inspect the stations, remove dead rodents to prevent secondary poisoning of wildlife, and remove leftover bait when the treatment concludes.. I have reported ark to nature England explained we haven't got a rat infestation the area has woodland and country parks nearby various wildlife animals and species. Recently I spotted 2 of Their bait box's right near the bin area. I have the right mind to remove them it's disgusting. Ark don't inspect to pick up dead rodent's this causes secondary poison to fox's and owls etc I'm going to contact wildlife crime officers.ark breaks the law in other areas regarding pigeons

Absolutely disgusting customer service. The lady in the phone out the phone down on me. Been chasing them for weeks for sort out the issue. Also told me i have rats but them few weeks later they said I had a squirrel. The person didn’t even bother going in the loft to check.

Awful customer service. Made the Bed Bug situation far worse causing them to spread into multiple rooms within the house. Incorrect advice given throughout the whole process and incompetent staff who are unable to answer the most basic of questions. Just an awful experience end to end with no help and incredible rude staff when you contact the office. Please do not make the mistake I made in contacting this company. AVOID AVOID AVOID

i had ark out to my property today a man called jack to have a fresh look at a on going issue ive had for years now and finally i feel like i had someone who knows what hes talking about very happy with this man i hope i have him out for my next visist as the man before hasnt really done a good job. lets hope the report he sends to the housing helps and gets them to pull there fingers out and deal with this problem as ive had this issue for just over 3 years now.thank you Jack

Joke of a company if i could give Zero stars. The guy sent in 2 weeks ago. I don't know what the hell he was doing.He put a couple of rat bait boxes still rats are roaming around in garden.HE ONLY CAME A COUPLE OF TIMES AND WINGING OH I HAVE OTHER JOBS TO DO. CLARION HOUSING NEED TO STOP USING THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY. Initially he was sent to deal with wasp nest in gutter outside my son's bedroom, he couldn't be bothered. He said oh its too early for wasps to form nests before September. Now the wasps are getting into my sons bedroom. Useless company. AVOID THIS ONE

Dangerous, abusive driver.

There are a number of other reviews of this company’s poor and dangerous driving, so this is not an isolated incident.

Ark helped us with a rodent problem earlier this year. The technician was informative and helpful; the office staff were lovely and helped clear up the questions I had. We had a much better experience with these guys than our last attempt. Thank you!

One of their van drivers almost crashed into the driver in front of me then opened the window to shout racist expletives. Disgusting

Brilliant service, I had pigeons sitting on my gutters and making a mess everywhere.

They surveyed for free and the price was cheaper than I expected. What was more surprising was how quick they got the work completed within a week of surveying the problem and agreeing a cost.

I couldn't recommend them more, professional, great value and honest people.

Our block manager (Metropolitan) contracted ARK to visit every flat in our block. We all spent our Saturdays waiting for ARK to show up, but their technician ghosted on us. There's not a single flat on floors 3-9 which heard their buzzer ring.

Now ARK is claiming that they rang every flat and treated whatever flats they got into. So they've straight up lied to our block manager about having done the job. Most of the building remains untreated–especially the problematic floors. And having called ARK directly, they're unwilling to deal with us because we're not the "client."

If your management company is considering hiring ARK Pest Control, please ask them to stay away. ARK don't understand the ABCs of customer service. They don't even recognize who the customer ultimately is.

So what keeps ARK in business? Perhaps their strategy of *pretending* to do their job works out for them, letting pests multiply before they actually try to fix the issue? That seems like a plausible plank in ARK's business strategy, because customer service certainly isn't.
