I was in a situation where I really didn't know what to do. My former electricity supplier was dishonest and sent me inflated bills, which ultimately resulted in me receiving a CCJ. Absolutely fantastic company! We have been dealing with Ark since April 25. They did everything on there side within a couple of weeks and shortly after submitting the company agreed to set aside. The court is what took the longest to approve however Ark has been supportive and advising all the way through! The CCJ has been fully removed and we cannot thank them enough!
