I would like to express my sincere gratitude on the professional installation carried out by Harvey.
He was extremely courteous, thoughtful, helpful & even cleaned up after his work. Explained all the controls & setup & assured me that the company will always be in hand to support me.

An amazing crew (especially Kelvin and the fitter) who went out of the way to make sure we fully understood how the panels and battery function and getting the best result from them. Each part of the install was professionally managed and went without a hitch. Currently enjoying some of the last of the winter sun to help pay the ever increasing price of electricity bills!

From initial discussions, through the survey and during the subsequent installation we couldn’t fault the professionalism displayed by ARK Charge and would have no hesitation in recommending them to prospective customers.
The fact that they send out knowledgeable technical people, rather than salesmen with their own agenda, to discuss and agree on a customer’s requirements was considered a big plus.
In our case we wanted to include a ‘whole house’ EPS system with our Solar/Battery installation, however, during the initial survey it was pointed out that the equipment we were considering was relatively new and may suffer from teething problems. Notwithstanding this we were still keen to proceed.
Following commissioning we did unfortunately encounter a number of teething problems with the equipment supplied, however, a special thank you to Mark Gale who spent a lot of his time chasing up the issues with the manufacturer on our behalf.
I’m pleased to say that all issues appear to have been resolved and our system is now working like a dream. A big thank you to all the team at ARK for their excellent work.

Awesome team. From start to finish I received quality, honest advice. we discussed different options of battery and size of array before agreeing on 13 x 435w panels, a 6kw inverter and 9kw battery. Quote was competitive so didn't need to try and haggle, they did a confident, value based quote from the start The installation team were excellent, courteous, tidy, but most of all professional. Exceptionally happy with the quality of wiring and neatness of set up. It's the little things that show they take pride in their work. Everything has worked smoothly and running efficiently. From first contact to completion this has been a great experience. Dale at ARK Charge was great. We did a virtual survey as I knew what we wanted and just took some pics to confirm stuff. Thanks to 1950s building, we had to get our supply unlooped but Dale talked us through the process (and SSEN were fantastic doing it in fact). Installation was perfect and we're up and running.

Young man Harvey from Ark Charge installed a HyperVolt charger this week and he did a stellar job - his work was exceptionally neat and it was clear that he takes pride in his work. We had cheaper quotes to install our EV charger but after the service we received I'm glad we paid the little extra. Would deffo recommended Ark to others.

Had an Easee One charger supplied and installed by Dale from Ark Charge in Nov 2022, a very smooth process from start to finish.

Over a year later the circuit breaker in our consumer unit for the charger failed and would not push back up after tripping. After informing Dale from Ark he visited the next day at 9am and in less than an hour had fixed the issue. We found out the breaker had failed due to water ingress most likely from condensation in our kitchen, Dale replaced this at no cost to us. Such a reliable and professional afterservice is rare. We are very glad we chose Ark Charge and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I recently had a solar PV installation carried out at my house by Ark Solar, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they stuck to the timelines and delivered on what they had quoted on budget. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional solar installation company. I will definitely go back to them later if I need any further work done.

Ark has been outstanding through the whole process. We called a few companies while considering our options for solar panels and a charger for our new electric vehicle. Ark stood out by a mile. They do not use sales people - you are talking to an engineer right from the start. Mark Gale was very committed to ensuring that he provided us with the right solution for our situation and requirements. He explained all our options and guided us to the right set up for our house. He happily provided quotes for several alternative layouts and encouraged us to request additional quotes so that we could see the impact of tweaking different variables, such as number and position of panels or the energy tariff.
Mark stayed involved during the whole process and ensured we were comfortable throughout the installation. He has just been to finish off the commissioning and spent ages making sure we were happy with each aspect.
The whole team was excellent - very friendly, professional and competent. Emma coordinated the scheduling of each stage brilliantly and was very responsive to emails. Sam completed the electrical installation and was very knowledgeable. Luke installed the panels on the roof very efficiently and neatly, and was happy to advise us on a couple of unconnected roofing questions. Even the contracted scaffolding team was well chosen.
Honestly, I could not recommend Ark highly enough.

ARK are a great company to deal with.
The information provided prior to order was clear and concise. The team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable - able to answer any questions raised and advise on the best system for our requirements. Once the order had been placed, they arranged for the scaffolding to be put up and the installation went exactly as planned. Following the days and weeks of outperforming the predicted levels of solar PV being produced, we placed an order for another install at our secondary site. Both installs were excellent.
On good sunny days we are now trying to make the most of the excess energy - plugging in EV vehicles on chargers also fitted by ARK.

Business Install - We are a mobile crane & plant business based in Horsham, West Sussex, with the cost of electricity we decided to investigate solar, we approached ARK and from the 1st meeting to the erection of scaffold to finally the install we found the whole process seamless. From initial contact with James who planned our EV charger to the last project led by Mark Gale which was for a Roof Integrated Solar Panel System with batteries, the whole process has been excellent.

We were keen to use a local company ahead of any 'group/bulk' purchases currently being advertised by our local council. Our experience with Ark when we had our EV was excellent and at the time we discussed solar panels with James and he (very honestly) said that the company were planning to deliver/install solar panels but they were not ready yet as they wanted to have the right people and processes in place.

A year or so later, we got a call from Ark and Mark Gale came in to discuss our solar panel requirements.
We wanted a 'turn-key' solution and wanted Ark to fully deliver the project.

Ark only use their own employees, they do not sub-contract elements of the work which is vital in making sure that project responsibilities are not blurred.

From start to finish, the Ark team, Mark, Pete the roofer and Emma (running the brilliant office team) to name a few have been excellent. Responsive, communicative and above all committed to wanting to deliver the best customer service.

We chose a local company because we felt that a local company would be genuinely more interested than a company based miles away. We're glad to say we have been proved right so far.

The project was not cheap, but you do get what you pay for. We paid the right price because we got what we wanted, which was, the right system, the right team and the right final result.

We're only 2 months in but we're already saving money, we're promoting excellent local companies and to top it off, our roof integrated solar system looks amazing!

We will write again in 6 months but we have no doubt that we chose the right company.

I had ARK Charge install a Solar PV and Battery system on our property. From the initial quote through to install I cannot praise the team enough. After the initial quote I then had an onsite survey where I was talked through where everything would go and any questions I had were answered. Even after the onsite survey I had a few more questions and a couple of design changes. Again this was all answered and at no point was there any pressure to commit.

The install was a little complex with the roof of our property and detached garage where I wanted all of the equipment to go. ARK Charge took this in their stride. The equipment installed in the garage is neat and tidy. Where cabling has to run from the house meter box to the garage this is hidden from view. This was important to me that the aesthetics of the install blended in and didn’t stick out.

At the same time of the install I had ARK Charge reconfigure and simplify the circuits in the meter box that had become messy from a previous electrical works.

If you’re looking for that turn key solution look no further than ARK Charge. Would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future for any electrical work we need doing

ARK Charge sourced and installed my Hypervolt EV charger. The installer, James did an excellent job with the installation. He was very prompt for the time of installation, fully explained what he would be doing and why, had a very professional approach and completed a very neat installation both internally and externally. Testing was completed successfully and I have not experienced any issues since installation. The Hypervolt charger is very easy to use and I believe one of the best looking devices currently available. I fully recommend ARK Charge services based on my experience.

We had the Hypervolt EV charger fitted by ARK charge and we are extremely satisfied by the customer service provided and the quality of work done. Right from the time of enquiry to installation and after sales the entire process was run smoothly. Their quote was competitive and got the appointment in a weeks time and the engineer carried out the installation quickly and neatly. I can't recommend ARK charge enough. I instructed ARK to install an EV car charger at my home. I was able to book a survey for the installation very easily and within my timescales. I was given a clear price and full details of what works were required. The customer service was excellent. The electrician, Louis, was very friendly and the installation was very efficient. I was kept informed throughout the process. I was very happy with the installation, which was very professional and clean. The slight gripe was the delay in receiving the Electrical Installation Certificate, which I have received. However, I can overlook the minor point as I have received good follow up emails to check the installation. An excellent and trustworthy company who I would use again. The costs of my works was the best value I found.

I wanted to give it a few weeks before I wrote this review.

We had a 14 panel and 10KW battery system. Not only were we extremely happy with the fitting of the system, the guys are ARK went above and beyond to set it up how we wanted. They even replaced our old car charger for free, which we purchased. I cannot recommend this company enough.
