Sent a product which did not at all match the description. Refusing to refund or provide a return shipping address

Ordered 2 tops according to their size guide. Way too small. Would not exchange for a bigger size. Paid $37US and they credited me $6US and told me to gift my tops to a friend.
DO NOT BUY.

absolute waste of money. Tank tops sent, apparently loose so size down, I sized up anyway as wanted a baggy tank top and what I got was at least 3 sizes smaller than what I ordered. Stay clear from this store

These earrings are pure junk. Good photography can always enhance and they charged and sent me two more sets.

I have paid double the money for VIP shipping on a product i ordered. Long time now, not even a clue when i will receive it . never again. certainly not recommended

I do not recommend it! The products that I ordered are made with a very poor quality, it takes about a month to receive it, and after a tedious process to return it the just say the will not accept the return because they send the correct items. They don’t care if you didn’t like it or it didn’t fit you! At the end they just offer a compensation of $2(dollars)!!!! So,please, don’t buy from them!

Very delayed arrival of a damaged product. They then said I had to pay 30$ to ship it back, or receive 2$ as compensation. Avoid this company at all cost. Impulse buy gone wrong. Don’t do it.

They take the order and then charge your card substantially more than what you authorized.

I just opened the package and I am so disappointed I want to cry.

The trash cans are cute and the colors are fine, but the bags are the skimpiest, flimsiest plastic I've ever felt. Furthermore, there is no lid, which is the most important reason I made this purchase.

I'm going back to your site now to see if I misunderstood the product or what happened that has me frustrated with my purchase.

This company sent me an eyebrow pencil that did not work and offered me US$ 3 as compensation when I had Paid AU$45 . Disgusting. Warned me it would be very expensive for me to send the product back as their warehouse is in China but that I could keep this rubbish product. Seriousl???. I agree with all the comments stating this is a scam. Once they have your money they don't deliver the advertised goods. NEVER shop with them

had to size up a full size, but my daughter LOVES that she can snap these on and off herself during her dance class. no need to tie them, necessarily.

These are very comfortable and stylish shoes. I love the color of them and they match all my nursing scrubs.

Love these for my 3 year old. Wears it to school. Has elastic in the front however comes with a pair of lace to switch them out when I'm ready.

My son loves these sneakers. The blue and red are a cute detail. So easy to slip off and on they’re our go to weekend shoes. They run a little big but not much.

These shoes are for my grandson who loves the style and the fit. It gives his feet comfort and support. These fit better than other more expensive sneakers!

After reading reviews that dance shoes generally run large, I decided to order my daughter size 10 (she’s between an 8 and 9 in street shoes right now). These have some space but she can wear them comfortably, so I’m hoping they’ll last her through the year. Quality seems good. I like that they have an elastic band and snap closure, so she can take them on and off herself. Dance class hasn’t started but she’s busy wearing them around the house in the meantime!
