Arin Power Omdömen

Six months after installation, the roof is still leaking badly despite repeated reports through my landlord. Arin Power has not responded or come out to inspect the issue.
Rain is now streaming down the wall of my food factory, creating serious concerns about contamination. With no action taken,
Very disappointing service — one star feels generous. The heavy rain we have had lately just streams down the wall of my food factory, so much so I’m worried about contamination of the food I produce. Nothing is being done there is no interest from Arin Power. I can only assume they have been paid so no return will be happening. I have now had to appoint a separate contractor to repair the damaged roof. 1 star is not low enough.

Roof leaks after solar panels were installed
If I could give zero stars, I would. Arin Power installed solar panels on my factory, and ever since then the roof has leaked. Despite repeated phone calls and emails, they have completely ignored me. The owner always seems to be unavailable and never returns customer calls. I did not even want the panels fitted in the first place—my landlord arranged it—and the result has been nothing but ongoing problems. This has been an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. Avoid this company.

I recently had a solar installation completed as part of our refurbs, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service delivered. From the initial assessment through to installation and commissioning, the team were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.

The quality of the workmanship was great across both sites, and the project was delivered on time with clear communication. The system performance has already exceeded expectations, and the team made the entire process seamless.

Based on this, I will absolutely be using this company again for Phase 2 of our rollout.

Highly recommended for any business looking for a reliable and experienced solar partner. Happy with the result.

We got our Solar-panel fitted, the sales contact was really good at working towards getting a solution. Once approval was done, the team did speedy work to get everything installed. Between the order signed and approval better communication would have been appreciative . Operations team was quite responsive.

I worked with Arin Power on a solar project of which myself and my client were extremely satisfied with the service. There was a clear structured project plan which was well received. I would highly recommend and will look to use them again in the future on other projects.

Excellent support from Arinpower. Several companies provided quotations, which were the most fantastic bargain. They fitted a battery and 25 solar panels. From quote to installation, it took around one month. The team also helped us with the paperwork, a complete end-to-end solution at a very reasonable price.

Very professional service throughout, from the first quote to the survey, licencing and permission acquisition, and installation. The panels were immediately installed by the specialists, and the electrical installation is quite tidy. Being able to readily see the electricity generated and used utilising a phone app.

I have had solar panels installed and the team were very helpful. During the install, some tiles were cracked however they were replaced by the team the next day before completing the work. Throughly satisfied with the final result. Friendly and recommend the service.

My partner and I have undertaken a solar project for our business which has gone well the past couple months using this company. We are now looking at installing a similar size system on another one of our properties. We are happy with the continued support from the team at this company.

This is a unique company here in the UK, and it's sold many systems globally. They were much lower in cost than other quotes I received, and since they sold a lot globally with a strong track record, I decided to go with them. The system was installed professionally and is working wonderfully. Their rep, Tyrhys, did an excellent job organising it all and followed up with dedication.
