Terrible support and non-working product

The support is awful — you have to wait weeks, sometimes even months for a response. Over the past 1.5 years, the spoofer has never worked properly.

I was denied a refund under the following circumstances: according to their policy, a refund must be requested within 3 days or something like that. I opened a ticket almost immediately after purchase, but they ignored me for 3 days. Only after that did they attempt to help. When they failed to resolve my issue, I requested a refund — which they denied, claiming that more than 3 days had passed. When I pointed out that they ignored me during those 3 days, I received no response.

There are constant problems and frequent blue screens on two different PCs. Kedira (the so-called owner of the project) doesn’t respond at all.

The only thing they attract customers with is a nice-looking website — just a wrapper. Technically, the spoofer simply doesn’t work as it should.

In short: a €50 scam.

Hey, thanks for taking the time to write this out, and sorry for the frustration. Let me clear a few things up.

About the refund: the process is fully automatic and doesn't require contacting support at all. Within the first 12 hours after purchase, a "Refund" tab is available in your customer area. You just click it whenever you want and the refund is processed instantly, as long as the payment was made with a credit card. After 12 hours, that option goes away. This is stated on our homepage and in our refund terms, so the 3 day window isn't quite how it works on our side. Support response times don't really factor in here because you didn't need to contact us to get the refund in the first place. I understand it's frustrating to hear this now, and I'm sorry it wasn't clearer to you at the time.

About the support delays in general, you're right and I won't make excuses. Response times have been worse than they should be and we're actively working on improving that.

Now, regarding the BSODs, I'd genuinely like to help you get this resolved. The issue is that just reporting a BSOD doesn't really give us anything to work with. Every machine is different, and the cause can vary a lot depending on your setup. What we need are the .dmp files (the crash dump files Windows generates after a bluescreen). If you can send those over, I can analyze exactly what's triggering the crashes on your specific machine and work on a fix from there.

If you're up for it, send me the dmp files and let's get this sorted out. Again, sorry for the rough experience. I'd like to turn it around if you give me the chance.

Slow but I did get the help I needed

Pros: One time payment
Owner/Dev seems to be very helpful when they have the time to respond.
Cons: support staff needs some more detailed training on certain things they try to help as much as they can but sometimes the issue is too deep for them ig.

Kedira supported me the whole way through, responded to my question in under 5 minutes, Super pleasant to talk to. 10/10 communication👌

Most important? Did my laptop get unbanned : Yes 👌 10/10.
