I’ve only just placed my order but customer service seems to be on top of it! I received a message right away opening the line of communication for any help that was needed. Wow! Usually you have to dig to find support and it’s nice that I was reached out to first.

I did have one. Balance in ordering, for some reason with my laptop I could not get the order to progress after I entered the shipping address, even though I tried around 4 times.
I eventually was able to finish the order when I switched to my tablet.

I ordered a swimsuit before I read these reviews and was SUPER worried after reading all of the below feedback. My swimsuit arrived today, and I must say I'm pleasantly surprised. The quality isn't top notch, but the price was reasonable and I definitely feel like I got great bang for my buck! Shipping took 3 weeks so I emailed them for a better idea on timing and received a response within a day. Overall service, quality and experience was positive! I'm tempted to buy another suit! Don't be scared by the previous reviews. I am definitely feeling relieved and completely satisfied with my purchase :)
