I would recommend anyone buying a bike to use Aria bikes, excellent service and good advice given, I bought a 50cc mini motocross bike for my son, they checked the bike over for me and gave me a starter pack and said any problems they are only a phone call away. Keep up the good work guys A1

Purchased two go karts pre built. Couple of minor teething problems when they arrived, but the guys were straight on it and now I have two incredibly fun karts.

Went to pick up 2 bikes yesterday absolutely amazing service bang on, no faults with the bikes at all, two great people would definitely Recommend most friendliest service would definitely be going back

Not happy had brought a 150cc dirt bike when the bike had arrived fuel tank leaked and the bike would not idle. Had contacted aria bikes they replaced the tank and had sent out a new carb stating to me they will set it. New carb tank arrived it still leaked and ran the same i called a local machanic who had noticed the air/fuel mixtur was turned up 5 on 1 and 5.5 on the old carb were everyone who rides dirt bikes knows its 2 turns and not only that the machanic had stated the carb cannot be set without been on the bike. I was not told this from aria bike. With the problems continuing id took the bike to them in manchester 100 mile from ollerton, Nottinghamshire they had got the bike sorted or so id thought they got it running with chock on which is when the flaps in the carb open to allow more air making it easier to start. And made out it was fixed. Id got home and noticed it still ran the same. Contacted them to be told it because am confused about the carb. Everyone knows flaps open is choke on flaps closed chick off they atgued saying they know dirt bike and its me. Id asked for the bike to be collected as its a fault on there side and gave the option of a refund or raplace the bike with a working one. If not i would have to go to traiding standerds to be told comunication is now cut off there a bad company will not recomend them andnow making out its me when id contacted 3 other companies and since all this have had nothing but abusive phone call its discusting

Thanks again for your advice and help with the sail of a new bike for my grandson will definitely be back to bye the next one when his to big to ride this one good supplier of spair parts and and lots of advice on safety kit for your kids to get lots of fun on the bikes don't be afraid to ask for advice from Liam as he is always happy to help you

Had a slight issue with my grandsons new dirt bike i phoned Aria and they dispatched a new carb free of charge the same day.
Really good product and great backup service

firstly i would like to thank you again for your help today, this company is amazing nothing is to much trouble. i found myself in a situation where my sons birthday present wasnt going to arrive until 3 weeks after his birthday total panic as his birthday is two days away. thankfully i found aria bikes message sent phone call back within minutes guy on phone was more than helpful explained my situation his responce was dont worry we get this sorted. talked about bike i was after he then talked about extras i needed safty gear ect within ten minutes i had everything i needed. added bonus all came to a amazing price as he gave disscount on the extras. invoice sent by email link to paypay within half hour comfimation of my order,tracking number all sent out on next day delivery panic over amazing company just wish id found you first but i know where to go when my boy needs a bigger bike thanks again

From before buying to after delivery the owner Liam was very helpful and patient.
Will be going to him for any futire needs.

Recently bought a 125cc pit bike for my 11 year old son. I hadn’t realised it required some building which was something I was daunted by initially, however found it was very easy to put together and only very basic skills required.
Liam has been very responsive to a wealth of messages from me and also a call to offer some advice when I failed to start it initially, his advice solved the issue immediately.

Bought the mxb 125 pit bike for Xmas. What a great entry level bike for my 12 yr old boy to learn to ride. It arrived promptly after purchase, whilst I was unpacking it i noticed the clutch lever was broken. Made a call to the boys and had a replacement within 2 days. The after service is brilliant. Would highly recommend the bike to anyone wanting a cheap,reliable entry level bike to learn how to ride and change gears on.

I have 3 bikes from these now between me and 3 of my friends they got there 2 bikes 6 months ago and seeing the quality iv purchased the ccx150 big wheel base I’m 6 foot 2 and 17 stone this bike pulls and goes like the clappers these are by far the best off-road bikes great service and a very competitive price the quality is much better than most the Chinese imports around after 6 months my friends have all had no problems. Very good customer service and great quality bikes

Tried other shops first and I was glad I found them. The staff are very friendly and knowledgable about all the questions I asked. They went out of their way above and beyond. I will be buying again from them highly recommend.

I have been chasing for months for a refund on a missing bike. It was signed for but not at my home. I have spoken to ParcelForce who have advised that Aria Bikes have failed to open an investigation for this. The bike was for my sons birthday (beginning of November). I had to pay for a second bike to be sent and I am still waiting for a refund of the first. After sales has not been acceptable. They have said the parcel was delivered, this is absolutely untrue. I have CCTV that will show that the parcel was not delivered to my address and that the driver did not return on the said date to ask the whereabouts of the parcel. I accept that a missing parcel is not the vendors fault. However, it is their responsibility to open a claim with the delivery provider which they have failed to do within the appropriate timeframe. Sadly, I have had to chase this many times and have been told that by Liam that he will call me back. Due to this I will now seek costs via litigation.
