I would ask people to stay away. LV are much better. As soon as Argos pet insurance found out my cat had an illness, the payment went up by £40.00 a month, despite my cat not requiring regular treatment . I cannot change to another insurance company as they dont cover existing illneses. I find this to be fraud and irresponsible! Please stay away. Ive never had an issue with my other cat with LV, they pay out straight away, no stress.

The company made everything so easy to claim for my pet. Kept me informed through the procedure.

Dont even think about using argos pet insurance after my dog passed away they refused to pay towards crematorium as stated in policy... quoting small print.. I paid over £10k in premiums and was denied £200.. disgusting

Really fairly priced. I had to change the date on the policy as I got my puppy early and it was no issue at all. Really quick to sort.

Fantastic experience with Argos Pet Insurance. We recently got our rescue pup and unfortunately a few weeks later she got an abscess on her tooth. Following her treatment our vet submitted all the necessary paperwork to submit the claim which was dealt with swiftly. The Argos portal is very easy to use and I was kept up to date throughout the claim. Would highly recommend to others.

Easy to set up payment and a good price

It’s such a hassle free insurance. I didn’t think that was possible, but it is. I’ve had to claim numerous times now and they don’t quibble, the vets deal directly with them and it’s all so smooth. Sticking with them as my pet insurance provider. Thank you Argos!
