The process took longer than expected
The process took longer than expected. Arena would take a day or 2 before replying to emails sometimes would have to email them twice … took about 2 1/2 3 weeks before I actually received my preburns… but great quality they offer !also didn’t receive my screen cleaner not sure how this will go… will update you.

Great quality, some design issues
Quality of product is great and the people I spoke to were nice. However the print wasn't centered on the hat. I wish they would've contacted me to confirm since there is no option to place the design where you want it. Hoping the next go around is better.

Great Product - Great Customer Service
I have used this company multiple times, and every time they deliver.
