Coaches are great

Company went bankrupt but still selling the units that now no longer function and won't return phone calls or emails for refund. I've got a $3k brick now.

If you are looking for strength, speed, power, hypertrophy, The Arena Platform will provide you with the foundation to build those qualities and see increase in other areas as well. Note this can be for anyone.

The gym is a very dependable system and I believe it can provide the “start” some people-athletes are looking for. At the end of the day, we all need strength training. The Arena Platform (and app) is advanced and well organized - there’s no guesswork.

I utilized the piece of equipment for over three months to prep for the USAF. To reduce the risk of injury and improve on court performance for tennis players, I also set up the resistance based machine. Whether it’s 1:1 or group ex, you choose where the session takes place because of the portability.

The metrics obtained and data collected post-workout will keep you intrigued and wanting more. I’ve done enough to feel and see visible results of body composition and more. Through seeing athletes move well and reap similar benefits I’d recommend a trial at the very least. Additionally, the demos in the ex library, articles,“Daily Lift,” along with other programs serve as a RESOURCE. I’d encourage you to make the time you spend scrolling really count on the app and learn as you progress through your fitness journey.

In terms of the cons, it’s not fair to expect an app to be perfect. Any form of software, or hardware, is expected to need some improvements and bug fixes. So, trial, or make the full purchase, this will move the needle

My Arena has been a game changer. Amazing technology with zero issues. I purchased using my FSA through Truemed and couldn’t be happier. The Arena takes up very little space and charge lasts a long time. I’m very happy with my purchase.

The belt is definitely of higher quality than the Vitruvian. Probably took a week to get in the mail but thats 👌.

The arena is a great piece of training equipment. I took advantage of the monthly membership and it’s been the best experience with any training equipment I’ve ever owned. It’s very versatile, easy to use and the app is great also. Wish I could’ve kept mine but I’m going into the United States Coast Guard so I needed to cancel my membership. Steve helped me so much with the cancellation of my lease and getting the arena back to them. All in all it’s a great product with the best customer service!

The Arena is great, it’s a very useful fitness tool to have at home and has an incredible amount of versatility for its size.

I love the Arena. Everything about it is intuitive and easy to use. I like that it can be easily stowed away when not in use (helpful for a brooklyn apartment). As someone that typically does compound lifts, I've been pleasantly surprised with how much I can accomplish on the Arena. Also the ability to do negatives with different weights has been a game changer for me.

I cannot recommend this product or company enough. Everything from the arena itself to the customer service that accompanies it has been amazing and I am so happy with my purchase.

For background, I have been following arena since they were looking for funding in 2020 on an Indiegogo campaign and have watched, from afar as the company blossoms. In 2023, I finally have the space and the funds to get one myself. As I was nearing the end of my gym membership, I reached out to Arena to look at the machine. Arena was kind enough to let me come to their headquarters in San Francisco and provide me with a demo of the machine. I was instantly struck with how beautiful it was and how carefully it was constructed. I knew I was going to buy it and I did shortly thereafter. When it arrived at my house (just a few days after shipping) the Arena came fully charged and ready to go. I got a workout in that day and loved the simplicity and functionality. The eccentric lifting mode is unlike anything I have felt before and their classes / structured workout are great as well. The device itself is beautiful and works so well.

Now for the company, first, the test was incredible and the people who I spoke to were so happy to help me on my journey. On the back end, once I purchased the Arena, I had a concierge reach out to me to help me with setting up the Arena and starting my workout journey with it. While I have only had the Arena for a couple of weeks, the concierge has been there for me every step of the way and I am so thrilled at the product.

I've had plenty of chances to try out Arena, and guess what—I finally have one of my own now! In my old place, I had this rival digital weight system that had to be bolted onto the walls. Sure, it was cool, but it came with a catch. To unlock all those smart weight features and classes, I had to subscribe and pay up. That was sold. Out with the old, in with the new...

With Arena, I get it all without the hassle of bolting anything to my wall or dealing with subscriptions, and the freedom to move it around without it needing to be plugged into the wall!

Great customer service every time I have contacted them. The support team always gets back to me right away and are so nice and easy to communicate with.

My Arena stopped working and I’m truly not sure if I was still within my warranty or not since I had purchased it back when it first became available, but they were AMAZING. I was sent a replacement and a shipping label to send the old one back. To top it off they even arranged for it to be picked up so I didn’t need to figure out how to get it to UPS.

The concierge and trainers are the best! It’s like having a personal trainer without the cost. Special shout out to Eliza Murphy- customer service 100% - very patient with us baby boomers.

I LOVE my Arena. It's great to have a weight apparatus that I can use at home every day. Plus, it has awesome workouts that fit with my hectic WKFH lifestyle!

Two years ago, I spent money to purchase the gold arena equipment and I never received my money back nor did I receive the equipment. Nobody contacted me so it’s a great scam.
